I don't agree that Bitcoin nor gambling is mostly illegal. Yes - Bitcoin can be abused and used for illegal stuff and gambling in some cases may be illegal as well, but that doesn't mean that using bitcoin opr gambling is mostly illegal even though a lot of people think so.
