Look i am looking for volunteers. The aim of this committee is to in any way raise the value of the bitcoin. This is best achieved by creating a way to use bitcoins in real life.
I'm also looking for volunteers.... To come clean my house, as for your 'Idea', its simple. Go get associated with some sort of criminal organization then make a suggestion to the head dude, he will either loose all his money or become rich, this will solve the problem. 1. You achieve your goal and we don't have to listen to you bull. 2. He kills you and we don't have to listen to you bull. HC

Ok to clear things up we are trying to do what bitcoin foundations is trying to do but 100% better.
Count me in too. I love the mission statement. Also, I think the name should be Better Bitcoin Foundation.

Automotive shops would be a great place to start as a great deal of students near colleges and univerisities drive cars.
Shops are always looking for cash. If someone can show them how easy it is to get paid with a QC banner and a Iphone it would be an easy sell.
The only difficulty would be showing them how to convert it to USA dollars or any other currency along with accounting processes for taxes. If someone could solve that problem you could get a shit load of business.

first thing should be figuring out how voting will work, we should get an IRC that is private so we can hash out everything, then present it on the forum, for feedback and attacks.

It seems like this group is focused on business activity more than anything else...
What about "Bitcoin Business Group"? Or some other name with Bitcoin and Business in it.

It's complex. I'm setting up the votes now. But we have many things to do. Our goal is to raise bitcoins value full stop. And the next step is getting irl business involved. But once that's done then we may move on and do other things. I'm setting up the voting gradualy I'm v busy. And daneildaniel is offering to escrow our money.
