Had the exact same problem for 12 ish hours , Dev needs to get his A into G or its going to die before it really had a chance to start , pointless only a few having all the coins , needs a fair distrabution So Dev we need you to sort out why so many cant connect ?? |

I don't know try to disable 1 antivirus 2 a firewall 3 if the network is through a router connect directly |

anyone have any idea how much the premine is?

It could be on the worst of the cases, However an block explorer could be of help, And maybe dev can give an explanation about premined, Besides it coin has been not listed on any exchange yet. |
