Just FYI quickseller has been caught in escrowing for his alts, so it is probably best not to use him for escrow. And it has been pointed out by many members that Bipolarbob is QS's escrow , so wouldn't suggest him as well. I would recommend master-p though.

While you want to use the escrows and the lender must bear the cost. It is unrealistic.

I feel like this is a troll loan. However, if it's not, @OP I would gladly take 110-120% LTC collateral for the loan if you would like to get the loan. |

I agree. OP seemed to do his homework about escrow & collateral, unlike most newbie loans here.
