Yes i am sure, i think yesterday or day before yesterday i requested for 0.03 BTC loan with collateral of member account and Jr. member account and that's my requirement. And today i have a requirement to pay a service 0.02 and asked for a loan. I am not asking the loan without collateral and not for time pass.
