listen up i want this thing to be mainstream before i get somekind of dementia or cancer or parkinsons can you hurry up and make this thing go global before i become a wrinkley old man that will have to depend on the state for care and you all know how "care" is provided on the taxpayer dime... coverups, excuses, selfish staff, all for 1 and 1 for all, dehydration, malutrition, doctor shipmans, sociopaths, diseased hosptials, chav patients, druggies n thugs etc
Just stop for a second think about this... you're in a taxpayer hospital completely dehydrated you can't speak but there is a glass of water next to you you can't move you can't speak the only way to survive is to depend on someone else to feed u that drink the helplessness the agony you won't know what it feels like until it happens to you... NO ONE IS INVINICBLE eventually our days will be numbered the time for preparation is now.
when i become a wrinkley old man the bitcoin i hath accumlated will be more than enough to pay for private care the vermin public are the reason i have to wait 2 years for an operation but privately can be done in a week or so listen up....
get all the bitcoin you can bitcoin will save your life in the future armen

Well, it will take some more time before we find beneficial ways to make this currency a substantial way of living.

I somehow agree to this statement, due to the fact that the only way for bitcoin is to go up or down, in which the former seems to be more plausible than the latter, given that the infrastructures themselves are set within bitcoin. If in time I also become a wrinkly-old man with bitcoins and I have accumulated a decent stack when I was a youngster, I'd be glad to pay everything I need with bitcoin--well everyone of us would be glad too.

What have you done to contribute to Bitcoin success except waiting that Bitcoin gets big so you can get rich??
Because of the people like you, I wouldn't even care if Bitcoin never succeeds. Posts like this don't help anyone mate so you better keep quiet next time!

Aw.... Try not to insult OP, please. It took me 4 long weeks to come up with my way of contributing to the success of bitcoins. An idea takes time. Sometimes, people don't have time.

He or she would soon realize that as Bitcoin early adopters (it is just six years old; we're consider as early adopters), he or she need to do something to make Bitcoin success. Like codishmumu, it took me a few months before I decide to start a website based on Bitcoin. To be honest, contributing a topic on Bitcointalk already make a difference.

So sad! This profile does not appear as the #1 result (on anonymous) Google searches anymore.
Time to be active on the crypto forums again? Proud to be one of the few Legendary members of the Sparkie Red Dot!
Gonna put this on my resume if I ever join a cryptocurrency/blockchain industry!

What have you done to contribute to Bitcoin success ...
Truth, right there. In 2013 vast numbers of users were involved in projects to push forward the bitcoin economy. Now we have vast numbers of freeloaders who think they will get rich from ass sitting. The price has adjusted accordingly. Sorry, but bitcoin offers no free lunch.

you just better hope some sociopath care home worker doesn't bully your private keys out of you. or any of the other myriad scams and rip-offs that befall the weak and elderly in our sick society, btc or not... its best to try and nurture caring relationships, have children. there was a time when people actually took care of their elderly loved ones.

Bitcoin should rather be used as a "second option" to your first plan. Not as plan A .... We have no idea, if this will be successful or not. If you put all your eggs in the Bitcoin basket, you take too much risk for your future. I still have other investments other than Bitcoin and I save fiat for sudden emergencies, where they only accept cash as payment. It would be great if it turns out to be my best investment, but I am not willing to bank on it.

3 years ago, if I asked a random person on the street if they had heard of bitcoin, chances are they would say no. Now most have heard of bitcoin, but more than likely it has been something negative. It will be hard to get past that if we ever do.

First, who uses the word "hath". Seriously?
Second, I kind of agree with you. Any type of savings or accumulation of wealth can save you from the abuses of public health care. If you're relying on the kindness of others or the government for your wellbeing when you get old you're going to be disappointed. Saving btc can be one of those ways you protect yourself in the future but I suggest you don't put all your eggs in one basket. A diversified portfolio will always be the way to go.

This dude has been trolling the forums for ages now. This is like the 40th incarnation of him that I've had to ignore because he uses a new account for every thread.

From what I see lately, if we get rid of all the trolls and sig campaigners we won't have much of a forum left. lol

It's always about you, isn't it Holliday? lol In the last year or so there have been so few posters making decent threads I've started screwing with people in off topic just to have something to keep me active. I don't ignore trolls anymore. I used to go around putting everyone on ignore that seemed to just be screwing people, never participated in serious debates or presented any real suggestions for any topic. That made me ignore trolls like iCEBREAKER and scammers like TerryTibbs. I couldn't have been more wrong about TerryTibbs and I enjoy reading iCEBREAKERS contributions now. Be careful about ignoring too many people. You might miss out on something good.

No. I already know how Bitcoin works. I don't need to use this place as a resource. People who might actually be interested in learning about Bitcoin have to wade through a lot of shit to get any decent info. In the last year or so there have been so few posters making decent threads I've started screwing with people in off topic just to have something to keep me active.

I'm simply talking about this specific troll. (Although I do ignore sig ads automatically just because the chances of getting anything valuable from them is so slim that it's worth possibly missing out.)
