I want to make thread here offers loans
Before I get started here are no special requirements for me to give you a loan ?

I am new here I was worried about breaking the rules because some time ago ( 2014 ) I violate the rules with another account ( sloppy ) , so I made this thread thanks ; )

You're a senior member; saying you're new is a bit of a stretch. No, there aren't any special requirements for offering loans.

It might be considered good practice to leave neutral trust on the person you are lending to, just to make sure they don't take loans from other people at the same time (you delete the trust when the loan is repaid).  But the community is still discussing the idea.

I know here there are some lenders , if I give a lower interest return what is the problem?

You owner your service, and there is nothing you can not specify which interest rate you should take, of course market and time regulate everything.
In my opinion only one rule :As new you did not should take collateral self, but use trust escrow.
