Is it even possible to make a living by selling bitcoins?

I think its possible, if you have huge amount of bitcoin. But my advice, you should not use bitcoin for living expenses. I would suggest to real life working, because with real life working you guaranteed to get money every month. thank you

Day job will take care of your living and you don't need to depend on bitcoin for living, as you need to have good amount of coins if you want live with bitcoin.

If you have extra bitcoin that would be for entertainment id say but for living expenses I would not rely on btc due to some major fluctuations in the stock itself

Although btc is a very great crypto currency to invest in for later purposes

like i said before though 3 btc a month is a pretty nice living although you really should not rely like they say,,,it will not end so well if you rely on BTC as your income for a month-further because it is not STABLE enough to rely on it like that.

It also depend on in which country you are living and what is the cost of living there, in western countries I don't think 3 btc would be enough as everything is too expensive.

Monthly? $1800 is more than most people make in a month, USA it would be a little low because that is not much in the US but everywhere else you should be able to live off of around $400 a week
Exactly, in every country the standard of living varies so if you are in a less developed or developed countries where commodities are cheap you will enjoy your earnings with bitcoin and even $200 or $100 a week is enough living a simple lifestyle.

Yeah I think $200 is more then enough to have a good life in developing countries, and if the price of bitcoin goes higher then the worth of $200 will be even higher.

Probably in my country with the current price tag of bitcoin one needs to sell a single bitcoin to have a comfortable living.

It still depends on your standard way of living, if your lifestyle is simple you can live with 1 BTC a month but that is the least amount for me, you also have to consider the major and unexpected expenses that may happen so basically 1 BTC is not enough.

Bitcoin probably not allow to earn enough money to live, but if you talk about trading, it is possible to make a profit, but it's still risky.
If the price of Bitcoin decrease a lot while you invested on it, you will lose a lot of money.

If I have to depend on living in bitcoin then I think I will need at least 2 btc per month to live good and comfortable life, but the fact is its not easy to earn it on regular basis.

very good i am also agree with you. i think we should not depend on the income of bitcoin for living. it should be a secondary trade for us. although it give us a good income but still we cannot depend on bitcoin for living. but in future it may be possible.

I don't know how many bitcoin should I sell to make a living, that I know just trying to collect bitcoin as much as I can and wait for prices to rise to sell it. that's what I use to live.

if you have thousands of bitcion even then you cannot depend on bitocin for living. because the rate of bitcoins are not fixed and their rates can be change over night. so it is rec amended not to depend of bitcoin for living.

That's true, but its truly possible to fulfil my basic needs along with a small amount as saving. Thinking of a more comfortable or luxurious living more bitcoins were required as quoted by above mate.

I think his pointing about monthly and not for lifetime. If you ask me that amount of bitcoin per month can changed my life because it's too big amount of money if i can sell that amount every month. For me 1-3 bitcoin is enough for an average person to earn a living.

It all depends on where you live and what amount you have.

For example: With the huge inflation in Argentina is sufficient even a small amount.

There is news about using the Xapo bitcoin debit there. So if you own bitcoin, you will not be affected by the inflation.

Honestly i dont trust xapo because i am using their wallet before and its hard to login delay sms confirmation and also they are not let costumer to log in even to confirmation is copy pasted or manually type it to log in my wallet.. so i think i dont recommend to use xapo instead coinbank if its available in there country.

Solving blocks can't be solved without my rigs.
