Zexece has sent me a PM and asked for an extension of 7 days(1 week) with an additional interest of 0.005 BTC upon repayment.
Just FYI, jacee already has another loan out by another member that is currently active. Since your loan has no collateral, this might not turn out well... this is why I think all loaners should leave a neutral rating when loaning to someone. |

Just FYI, jacee already has another loan out by another member that is currently active. Since your loan has no collateral, this might not turn out well... this is why I think all loaners should leave a neutral rating when loaning to someone. Yes I am aware of that, didn't saw it at first until Laosai appealed that zexece has an active loan from her. Anyway, the guy isfrom the same country as I am so I was hoping he would be just honest and repay the loan. I gave him another week anduntil then let's see how it will work. |

Hi guys, just a quick discussion about this service: to avoid problems like the one with katerniko1 (a borrower being insulted about the fact his name was mentioned in this thread), maybe it's a good idear to edit the rules in our loan-thread and clearly mention the fact that all loans will be added to a ledger?

You may post an appeal on the Meta section regarding this. , myself support this to prevent users to get double loan and to prevent scam attempts. It's a good sign that everyone shall be aware of the users that uses the lending service in here. |

I'm not appealing the rules, i wouldn't know what to appeal to, or what to post to in meta. As a lender i'm in favor of this thread, or any kind of central ledger... I'm just discussing the fact that we might avoid borrowers complaining by stating the fact that we'll share their info in this thread on our own loan threads (not on this thread)... That's all. |

Just to be clear, as I haven't yet received my payment from signature campaign I will be unable to repay my loan until I get the payment. I and laosai have agreed to repay the loan (quoted in Laosai's word via PM) "when you(I, mexxer) can pay". Laosai can confirm.

actually i didnt insoult borrower i stated that 3rd party have no right to talk about my desisions or my loans or my life. and that was not borrower that was some other guy. i have no problem with this list or anything but i have problems when 3rd party involves in something that is not his.. regards. -Katerniko1 |

What is the purpose of keeping a list of defaulters/scammers when most guys on the list havent logged in in 1 year.
If they would be active members then it would hurt their reputation as forum users, if they have a defaulted loan on their shoulder, but considering that these guys arent active anymore I dont see a reason.
Can anybody explain?

It will serve as a reference for negative feedbacks or it will prevent the defaulted members from taking another loan which he/she will not repay. |

About the discusion: this thread list open and defaulted loans. therefore its natural that late or double loans are mentioned here. All info obtained or listet is listed in a public domain.
