Price is pretty good going up to around 265.  If we can get a solid slow upward trend it would be nice.

As of this writing, we just added block 379767 to the chain.  The diff adjustment was block 379008.  That was on 2015-10-15 11:32:31.  379767 was found 2015-10-20 17:31:30.  This is one second shy of 7559 minutes.  We have solved 759 blocks in that time.  Expected average for that time is 755 (just one minute and one second shy of expecting 756).

So, we've actually found 759 and should have found 755.  Only 4 blocks over for the period so far...

In the last few days Bitmain has been selling S7s like there's no stopping them.  All this hash is coming to a difficulty adjustment near you soon!  My guess is the huge spike is a couple very large orders to a few people.  Those are the ones that are going to made a bump in the difficulty.  I think what we're seeing now is just the "little guys" getting their S7s running.

Holy Crap!   BTC is up to 269 so as far as price per BTC i is really good as far as buying gear from bitmain it's the best it's been.  Only thing is there is no longer 100 dollar coupons so it kinda evens out to a point.

Guess we will see what happens.   But that is a lot of sales in one day.

I think you are likely right.   I was thinking much bigger on data center on holding but it seems like it's been smaller then I thought.  I kept thinking huge wave coming but it seems like I might have been all wrong.

So it could be good news for us if this continues.  I wont wine if we are stuck with just a few each difficulty.   What will be interesting is once others start shipping to and two competing. But it's hard to tell when another maker will finally do a production run.

I'm looking like I overestimated this week by quite a bit.  I'm happy to be wrong but very suprised S7's did not push it up.  I don't know what to expect over next few weeks.   I thought some big wave... but so far I have been wrong.

The great thing is BTC value we were at 230 for the longest time.  To be around 267 feels really good.   30 dollars + and staying kinda stable is a good direction to be.  I hope price continues to rise slowly.

I'm also surprised, it would not take many S7 to raise the difficulty at least a bit more than this. What is going on? They shipped much less than we guessed, or is it because they took orders for tons of miners when they aren't shipping out the miners?

Also their hosted mining rate mining compensation is kind of a joke, they're taking like 0.1$/kWh?
