You can lose a lot of money with Bitcoin. You need to take the risk that you must invest in Bitcoins. And you dont know if you lose or win your money.
People are stopping because the value of Bitcoin is now very low and they are angry about it. They need all patience and then just wait for a good moment to sell it.

Yeah your right for that many people double thoughs for using bitcoin because they dont want to lose their hard earned money and dont have faith in bitcoin. Other factor is they are not educated bout bitcoin and it is new to their and they dont pay attention to bitcoin  and that is people stopping using bitcoin.

Some places can't touch bitcoin even if you have a lots. Let's say you have your bitcoin vaulted in your hardware wallet then you will go for a certain place where shop , merchants or even transfer to fiat is really impossible. Your bitcoin here is totally useless.

Well from what I've experience from what people around me said to me when they heard that I'm earning money using bitcoin is that I'm earning in an illegal way. Well for some people they think bitcoin is something illegal since it's the main way of payment in Deepweb. Me too think that bitcoin was once a illegal money. This must be cleared to people.

Everyone keeps on saying that Government is not supporting it but to be honest how many people around us knows what exactly bitcoin is, I hope you got your answer.

Makes sense...Government would probably watch over bitcoin if they see that half of their people are already using it...So it means it is our responsibility to spread  bitcoin to the people around us..
I think if people love bitcoin and earn a substantial income from the bitcoin you're not going to stop using bitcoin. only due to the intervention of the government. my own country prohibits the use of bitcoin.
but I still use it after all the government does not know if you're using bitcoin right ?

I think those problems will not result in a person ceases to use the Bitcoin. Because if they Government does not support the Bitcoin, we can still use the Bitcoin easily for Bitcoin can be accessed by using the Internet

Government not supporting bitcoin. Nah. Bitcoin are not their priority why bother to think of that. In a country there are lots of things to be prioritized. Bitcoin is just a miscellaneous thing and they are not the one who will take time to watch this currency. There are people who in-charge of that.

They are stopping when they realize that they must wait a long time until the value will be more of Bitcoin and that is also bad because patience is really important in Bitcoin.
Some of them are also stopping because they lost some money with it and that is also bad.

Governments don't need to support Bitcoin. If they leave it alone, Bitcoin will flourish.  Grin
In many countries, damaging statements by people in power have hurt Bitcoin.

True, government has lots of other responsibilities. Its our duty to take care of bitcoin and take it towards growing path. But in few countries bitcoin is supported by government, in those countries bitcoin has flourished high.

Well they lose money because of improper decision. And about the patience thing, they are not into bitcoin if they will just wait for the price increase without taking advantage of every price fluctuations.

So after reading this article and especially the ending:

Quote
One thing is for certain: having made Bitcoin less of a security worry, transparency will now be key in attracting users to new models, placing control of funds and fees in an upfront way in their own hands.

I'm wondering what's stopping people from using bitcoin?

And now I'm talking about people who already aware of bitcoin and how it works but still not using it.

The price is now pretty much stable for more then a year, security issues are out of the question - so why we can't see in 2015 more companies switching to it, especially considering the unstable condition of moden economy?

I think that people are afraid to use bitcoin because it is still new, around 10 years old only and it is.popular for 5 years not more

Ans also maybe they feel safer with fiat as you can have them in your pocket, not virtual, other people should explain how safe bitcoins are

Some governments support Bitcoin? I can't remember having seen or read about a certain government openly supporting Bitcoin. I know that they are quite interested in the block chain technology, but not Bitcoin as coin.

That's true even the banks are interested in block chain technology but they will never support bitcoin as it is an threat to their banking system.

Yeah, in those countries the adoption rate has increased to much height, A large community of there is aware with that coin and so they are facilitated with more facilities of it, like they are provided with ATM cards and ATM machines etc,

If bitcoin gets the support from the Government then people  will surely start using it but that clause is missing at a moment and that is the reason people are not using it.

many people have stopped because of the intervention and the role of government there may be some people who experience it.
if the government legalize bitcoin. will certainly occur adoption of a great future

First of all Resources (Computer and internet), what if your home suddenly burn and all of your things are burn to, or maybe your parents went bankrupt and all of your things need to sell. For me this also a reason. Smiley

I think most of people don't want to try something new so they are lack of bitcoin knowledge usage.
Even if they already know about bitcoin, some people may see negative effect of bitcoin for example : untraceable ( if we compare with BANK : you're sending money on bank address , they enable to refund because they are traceable ! )
