Hi guys, I've got a VPS that's been hanging around doing nothing so I need a PoS coin to stake, what's up with Digicube anyway? The opening post seems lacking a bit.

VPS will work well because it runs so light. Right now it stakes at 5.5% daily. At block 500,000 the fork kicks in. More information about that is here: http://www.freestaking.com/stake.html

It's a bit difficult to help if there is no information about what and with what you are trying to mine. Well, given that stratum I think you try to mine X11 at cubeminers, but it doesn't work because the miner tells that it couldn't find a device to mine with. Without knowing the device you want to use to mine people will find it difficult to impossible to help you with that. I'm not doing much mining in practice thanks to high energy costs here and thus my information might be flawed, plain wrong or outdated but some general stuff that might help: cgminer is often compiled as GPU only, if you want to use CPU you might try a different miner (this one should do http://cryptomining-blog.com/6359-updated-cpuminer-multi-1-2-dev-windows-binary-with-new-algorithms/), but be aware that X11 isn't really CPU country anymore in my opinion. If you use AMD GPU something else is wrong, like driver problems. If you want to use nVidia GPU you probably should google for and use a CUDA miner anyway. General warning: If you're on a portable device (laptop, note-, ultra-, uber-, whateverbook or -pad) be aware that mining puts quite some stress on the CPU or GPU and more often than not the cooling abilities in these things was sacrificed somewhat in favor of design. Mining on them, at least without knowledge about things like tuning the miner or undervolting, can shorten the life span of these devices considerably.

I,ve a question about mining with the digiclub pool. Since I started this afternoon I don't get a stable hashrate. I'm mining with an antminer S5 (SHA256). Normal this should give me a 1,15TH connection. I think I'm now on an average of 700GH. I think I'm missing some earnings. Can someone tell me if this is normal? http://s19.postimg.org/bkk46hxxv/digicube.jpgMy hashrate at most pools is quit stable.

My hashrate at most pools is quit stable. The large swings should not happen too often, but seeing it go up and down is normal on a multipool when it switches coins. The big dips would worry me, but the small hiccups are most likely just the pool switching coins

It looks like the miner switches to my backup pool at the times there is a dip. I looked at the stats of my backup pool and I see I mined some coins with this. (I had a dip a few seconds ago, and I saw that I was mining on my backup pool). Some how I losing connection to your pool. Is this something you can check, Maybe it has something todo with the coin switch from the pool?
I will see how things are going for a few days. Another question. I see that you have a profit mentioned on yhe dashboard:
Currently Mining: digibyte-sha256 Port: 3333 Profit: 0.00531000 BTC/TH/Day
Is this based on the ammount of Digicube you mining on a day? With the value of the digicube today I should mining around 175-200 Digicube. Is this calculated correct?

hi i just restarted the pool stratum to extend the times the profit is there so we can track how well we ALL do on the pool not just you, the higher that goes the better it is for every one I'm still getting to grips with this new code so bare with me please the pools only been live a few hours If we are work together we can make it better for everyone. thanks Paul
