Where can i buy IOTA right now? Which is the cheapest way?
there's only one way atm http://iotaexchange.com/when you wait a week you can buy it on many exchanges (bitfinex f.e.) from OTC on slack, ioexchange.com already closed iota deposit Yes, they have stopped IOTA trading on slack last week itself. Now you can either buy with other members or need to wait until trading starts on exchanges. Also, their slack team looks very busy with other things so support currently very slow they usually don't reply your messages related to withdrawing your IOTA from slack. I can understand they will be busy but should have planned these things more professionally instead of making people wait for long to see their replies on slack. They have released few new versions of wallets but we don't know whether our old addresses are still valid or not and there is no clear information available on release notes. |

There was an ICO in Nov - Dez 2015: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1262688.0Every iota was sold and distributed in the genesis with 0% reserved for the devs. |

If it goes to exchanges soon, I see 5 qualities making iota very very attractive for markets, and even dangerous for most altcoins :
- No blockchain
- No fees
- No scability problems
- Quantum resistant
- Multi billion and growing market (IoT)
Am i right ?

Hi Guys, I've been away for a while and just scanning through the threads to find that Child_Harold has been found to be a fraudster. Foolishly i sent him some BTC for IOTA a while back. Do we know if anything can be done about this or should i just suck it up as it was my mistake. First and last time that will happen. I just saw that he was a high-ranking member and assumed he would be legit.

we warned MANY times in the thread that this piece of shit (and cryptoknightt too) were scammers. Si I guess it should be your mistake. Anyway a part of his fund are frozen and under control of devs, but I don't know how they want to do to redistribute. |
