Following is the adress I obtained at the genesis time:
AUCUSILSKJJJHBKIZZT9ZEBVWXPYBZDBLOWN9QRVIODMWKPAJLWZXPAFT9WCRDNIZUADNMNPZJLUDWS SY
It contains 80 304 iotas.
I think you should help me making the re-claim. I have given money after all !
If you tells me that those iotas are lost, then the word "dishonest" is justified. And it is not a good start for your project!!
You are not alone https://forum.iota.org/t/snapshot-validation-period-9th-june-2017/1497/33From the informations I gathered, you should : - send an email to david@iota.org with "manual claim" in the subject - Your message should be short and contain your initial seed (the one that correspond to AUCUSILSKJJJHBKIZZT9ZEBVWXPYBZDBLOWN9QRVIODMWKPAJLWZXPAFT9WCRDNIZUADNMNPZJLUDWS SY) and a new address (for which you have a seed that remain secret). Ask for short reply as confirmation (not sure you will have one).

Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

Can someone explain to me, why IOTA would fall in price again? I can't see the relation.
It might be overvalued. So? Key is to keep demand flowing. If they can't follow through with their roadmap, eventually ppl will sell and prices will be slowly going down. But given that the project is legit (or at least seems so), demand is gonna come eventually. And when the technology and the roadmap do work out, its only gonna go up from there.
Of course, this explanation can be used for any new coin eventually. But most of them lack either their unique features, or the marketing. IOTA seems to have both.

Hi I am new here and noob in currency market, however I have an opinion about that. First of all it is a second day on official exchange for this currency, so be patient, lot of people only tried to play with it or sell what they had already in wallets. BTW I think fresh currency is much more liable on market, the same day all curriences dropped, so why not IOTA, and investors were a little scarried to invest in something new. They have marketing, they have technology, but wait until smart contracts will appear, programmers and hackers start to use it in devices and code, maybe some big companies, for example why not to use it in amazon's magic button. But it will take few years, I also do not think IOTA investors will become bitconaires, rather IOTA will become steady and reliable currency. (I hope so) Sorry for english, and I can be totally wrong about it, as I said - I am noob who started to play on market by mistake

Interesting addition, doing some research I found: "The challenge of continually maintaining, upgrading and fine-tuning the systems and facilities that support BIDMC's large and complex research enterprise is met by the nine divisions of Research and Academic Affairs." The nine divisions are: Academic Computing Animal Research Facility Clinical Trials Office Committee on Clinical Investigation Clinical Research Center Human Subject Protection Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee Office of Sponsored Programs Research Facilities Office Research Pharmacy Technology Ventures Office I see lots of use cases for IOTA in these categories. Also I'm sure the "Harvard Catalyst" is as interested in IOTA as the Berkeley boys are.

I don't read general so wouldn't have noticed that if you didn't say so here. Was hoping for a PM response from him or at least a "mention" Has anyone had issues withdrawing to Bitfinex? I was going to send a test withdraw but the process is so laborious might just send it all.

Dont bother because of the price drop, it is going up again. Just take your time and do it correct.
