Al Hazen literally wrote the book on science.. ALL of it.
He wrote the book on scientific procedure.. still used in 100% of all science.
Yup one of those dumb Iraq / middle east towel heads you Americans think are like dumb sand people.
Some of Hazen's work was based off Chinese books that were burned 100's of yrs earlier
as well as Greek works long lost burned etc.
The middle eastern guys saved science and brought it forth !
Science proved Earth was round.
It was built from layers of facts.. often elementary deduction which is usually* accurate.
Such as how we deduced there is a Super Massive black hole 26,000 light years away
at the center of our Galaxy ..like most others..
In a similar method we also recently learned we almost certainly have a REAL 9th Planet.
And ironically it was Brown who figured it out ROFL
Pluto used to be the 9th but was down graded to Dwarf when Brown found Eris
(he wanted to call Eris Xena from the Warrior Princess show infamy)
Since we found another.. like Pluto called Sedna.
BUT !
While i was talking with a guy about the strong evidence of Nemesis being a very real possibility..
He informed me that a new Planet was making News all over.. see story at
www.Space.com etc.
I find it funny that it sort of coincides with the Nemesis 2nd Sun theory
and of course the scheduled bombardment that wipes out life on earth time after time on a schedule.
Some believe we have 2 Stars.. the 2nd is further out on a long orbit and is a Dwarf.
Which is more common than single star systems it's often said.. so plausible *enough.
And now this new planet news is just too coincidental !
Although i think it's possible Dark matter is just a math mistake.
And i also think the Standard Candle theory that chick figured out a 100 years ago is likely highly inaccurate.
It's based on brightness but Variable stars.. well.. vary ROFL
I have my own theories i have worked on for years on those two issues as well as Dark energy.
One thing that has to be remember is Einstein's theories.. matter can not be destroyed ?
So how can a black hole destroy it ?
it can't !
It is transformed from one form to another in a black hole.. as the laws dictate !
All the energy and matter that exists is here today now.. there will never be more or less.
It simply shifts around moving from one phase to another.. based on Entropy.
Entropy a theory some scientists think is proof that Gravity is not actually a fundamental force.
Which also explains why Gravitons were never found.
Gravity has shown to be like heat and heat is entropy.
A hot air balloon for example..
What is all that about ?
Our science is utterly ripping to shreds all our old beliefs ..what we thought was facts previously.
But it's based on building up facts on facts.. not starting over.
IS the Universe flat ? maybe but i doubt it.. Earth sure ain't !
Many say we could have a limitless universe.. based on our view
at the limit to our view may be another long duration until you reach another limit of view and so on..
