i think the hashrate thing is broke, it says my miners are only doing 49mh total, not the 1.25gh they are really doing

I'll look into that right away, thanks for the tip.

By the way, if you ever notice any problems you can get ahold of us immediately by clicking the feedback tab on the side of any page, or emailing the address at the bottom of the stats console page.

same problem with hashrate here.  Had been off this pool for a few days but have been back on for an hour and it says my hashrate is 1.1489 Mhps instead of 370, happens on 2 different miners.  Now, each refresh does bring it up little by little.

Thanks for the report! I just found a bug - if you'd previously mined with us and just returned, your hashrate will be reported low for a while (until you submit ~200 shares per worker). I'll fix this soon, but if you wait a bit more your rate should jump upwards.

Throwing my hash to help kill the block... or nurture it  Huh

p.s. This pool is so bad that I get 0.12 stale shares!!  And by bad I mean good  Grin  If only this pool hit 500 Gh+ it would be a lean, mean, block bustin machine.

A lot of people are simply scared of change.  It's a tough market out there for pools who started in June and thereafter.

Well, this is my experience with bitpit yet.

Signed up and created 8 workers.
edited profile with wallet id and email

next day everything is gone..

no workers anymore and no wallet id and email in my profile

so i created new workers again and started to send my miners to pool.bitp.it
Miners start working.. everything looks fine.

But since over and hour no stats are shown and all shares are staying on 0 i stopped mining on pool.bitp.it again

So, whats that?

Stats seem to be fixed and relatively accurate.

For some reason each time I would check stats and see it taking longer and longer it would piss me off more and more.

How dare this block take so long.  I flipped to BTCguild and glanced at the statistics and saw 3 block taking 3 million + shares to crack in a row.  Just the luck of the draw.

Ended up pushing a few more cards at you to kill this block.

We really appreciate everyone's patience with this round. Killer blocks happen, but it's more noticeable with a smallish pool like bitp.it. Everyone hang in there and we will find this block!

I'm also thinking of keeping the bounty in place for a few blocks, since it seems to attract some new users.

If anyone has had some weirdness with their account, like workers disappearing, please let us know at support@bitp.it, and we'll fix them. The issue that caused this is resolved now. Thanks all!
