new wallet working much better here

The new wallet hasn't fixed the staking bug either. Every time 0.10 turns into 0.033333334 after it is mature. Hopefully you can work this out DuckYeah!

Are there masternodes in fantom?
This happens in currencies with masternodes. 33% is for those staking and 66% for masternodes

There are. Maybe someone set one up, can't see any in the list right now though.

It's only happening on one of my wallets, the other two are fine. Unfortunately, it is my main wallet that is killing coins Sad

Isn't this what freaking testnets are for??? Jeez.

Edit: I moved all of my coins out of the failing wallet so I don't lose anymore. Hopefully my lost 1k comes back.

Okay, I deleted the old database and resynced and watched my coins dissappear before my very eyes as it was syncing. Annoying. They came back last time, so hopefully they do again. Ugh.

Me too! my wallet.dat file was corrupted and it tried to savage it but didn't recover it, good thing I had a backup in the trash though.

Actually make that over 1000... And I didn't even count all of the stakes of .0333333.

Not everyone is experiencing your problem of disappearing coins. However, since you know that some of your coins are disappearing, why do you continue to stake then? You should have turned staking off the moment you noticed that coins are not returning. Staking is very small atm and not worth losing 1000 coins over. The problem will probably be fixed over time and then you can turn staking on again. POW is also active so the chain will still tick over in the meantime.

Looks like the staking bug has been fixed, all my stakes have been 0.10 so far.

Better to upgrade and make sure to backup your wallet first. What I'm not liking about this coin is that dev doesn't seem very dedicated and coins with a dev like this do not last too long  Roll Eyes

Something leads me to suspect this is the same dev from Darkcash: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1202318.msg12751697#msg12751697 and there's people claiming he's some 14 year old kid.

There was some need for true cpu coin so the guy has fulfilled it. Doesn't matter how old is he, perhaps we faced damn good coder at last... Smiley

I have nothing against that but the problem is there are greater chances of the dev not taking this project as a serious long term endeavor, and this being a 1 dev coin also makes that even more likely.

I tried to setup a blanknode and keep getting this message: not capable blanknode: Could not connect to 73.203.5.98:31000.

Is it too soon? Per code in github: static const int BLANKNODE_PAYMENT_START = 10500. does this mean I have to wait until block 10500?

Hopefully there will be at least a pump and people to dump on for this if it's going to be a short lived adventure, otherwise we're just wasting time and electricity for fun  Roll Eyes

Yes, we all should have just go back to mining BTC and LTC with our ASICS. At these prices, some of the doorstops getting dust are actually profitable again.
