You can't compare the skills of curry and Lebron James, they are two different level and Lebron James are way above curry and though curry won the regular season MVP but it's not possible without the help of his teammates. The warriors are playing like a team while Cavs are not, they rely on Lebron during the Playoff games and especially in the NBA Finals.
