My predictions with Spurs and Nuggets seems working lol.
And oh, at this very moment, Portland is winning against OKC again. Almost 20 points deficit in favor of Portland with less than 5 mins. in the 4th. I can see a 3-1 lead from Portland already. I guess, this is another wrong prediction again. Sad.

The OKC needs to win one game in the road to get this game back to their home court.
I would say it's possible they can win one as they have a good record against this team during the regular season, still the same OKC team and for sure they will play harder this time around as every game is a do or die for them.

IMO, regular season and playoffs are two different stories. The intensity from the playoffs is far more different than the regular season. The OKC may have a good record versus Portland in the regular season, but that doesnt guarantee them a win in a playoff series.
Theres still have a chance for the OKC to comeback from this deficit anyway. But a higher chance for them to be eliminated, as there were only a handful of team to comeback from a 3-1 deficit. Its just so disappointing for the OKC, I was really expecting a 7 game series with their match up.

I respect Westbrook a great deal but I don't think his play style is congruent with leading a team to a championship.

My prediction from the start of the season still golds true, the Warriors will easily win another ring because they are just too talented.  The only real question left is if Durant or Curry will win the Finals MVP.

I think Houston is the only team that could be a threat for the Warriors this year if they continue playing this way. They already beat the Warriors a few times this year and this should definitely be the most entertaining matchup of this season.

And this will be a great match up if they meet in Western Finals but sorry, after this 1st round Warriors vs Rockets will be the next.

And Warriors will don't make NBA Western Finals if will lost in the 2nd round. Rockets vs Blazers in Western Finals will a great match up! I don't see that Spurs and Nuggets can beat this Blazers.

Homecourt advantage is not an addition to this two teams by now.

They gave the defending champs all they got and there are moments when you have to questions GSW heart. However, it's Klay time to shine as he poured 27 points in the halftime to finished with 32 points.

This is the advantage of the Warriors, the three scoring machine. This time it is Klay and Durant who lead the scoring for the Warriors with 32 and 33 respectively. You just need two of this combo to explode and the game is in the bag.

When those three are on fire, its hard for the opposing to defeat them.

Even though Curry doesn't have a good night, Klay and Durant led the team to the victory and get a 3-1 lead. Now they are back to their home court. Do you expect that they will lose on their home . I don't think so. They will win the series 4-1.

It's not a problem with me whether any of these two talented guys will make the MVP towards finals. What's important is they've been doing great for the benefit of the team. Only the fans is competing for them, but being realistic here the motivations of each players were focused on how to achieve success in the end.

After tieng the series plus the homecourt crowd, game 5 would be an advantage for Nuggets, they already adjusted and make good plays the duo of Murray and Jokic is really effective, both stars are playing like it's the last game that they've had and forcely fight to win, if they can keep this momentum bringing the game back to their fans, chances to win the 5 game will do favor them.

While at the East, Giannis monstrous performance eaten the Piston sweeping without any good fight at the last game of this series, leading the team with 41 points, they've gonna play against Boston who also sweep the pacers, an interesting series to watch out.

It's going to be interesting to see them match against Celtics now. Boston has their own version of a sweep as well. I'm sure that the defensive team of Celtics has scouted Giannis so let's see how effective they are in stopping the Greak Freak.

Actually Detroit Pistons didn't do bad in the game. They have the lead most of the game and it's just in the last 3 minutes of the third wherein the Bucks take the lead and Detroit hadn't had any answers on that run.

And they went cold in the fourth while Bucks goes hot hitting three's and Bledsoe penetration was unstoppable as well. Congrats and looking forward to Bucks vs Celtics, this could extend to 6-7 games, I reckon.

Right, Giannis also did blocked some shots, one thing I noticed though is that he loves being isolated because most of the time, he has some mismatch. I don't know if he can do it against Boston. But yes, I would like to see them move further and get past Boston so let's see.

Yeah quite annoying right? And if you think about it, there's as much lebron haters as those who idolize him and they want lebron out of the playoffs and they got what they asked for. The current matchups are interesting as they are and i don't think the nba needs lebron for their ratings and sales no. Lebron drama should have been left in the regular season.

NBA has become like UFC. They are using negative publicity to boost the TRP and revenues. ESPN paid billions for the NBA broadcasting rights, so I can understand that they are nervous. This may not matter much for us. But there are a lot of low IQ fans out there and ESPN is trying to give them a feeling that their voice is being heard.

We cannot compare it from last years performance of the Raptors.
They are playing with DeRozan at those times and he choked there. Also I didnt like how the coach benched him even if he is off night. His defense is still a plus and he might create another gameplay for him to score.
The memory is still fresh for me.
But now, with Leonard out there Green, Siakam and Lowry, their offense can be found easily even if one is not playing well.
It will be a win at their homecourt in game 5.

If you are supporting a team that ESPN isn't talking about that much or they don't talk about them at all then I feel you as well, but that just how the way it goes. Big market teams also has the biggest fan bases that is why they talk about them even if Lakers aren't part of the Playoffs they can still generate viewers just by creating a topic about them.

That is why for me my only solution is to go with the alternatives and that is by joining FB groups of my team and their subreddit pages as this is the only way I'll get the latest news from them. I even listen to recorded podcasts from known die hard fans just so I get the latests bits from them, I even find then more entertaining compared to Stephen A. Smith's loud voice talking about nonsense predictions.
