I confess that despite the age of LeBron James (36 years old), he still has the ability to play several seasons. I think he can retire between 40 or 42 years old.
I still think he is one of the best players in NBA history to play with consistency and great genetics, because at 36 he still has a chance to win the MVP of the season.

It looks like he will need approximately another three weeks to recover after the injury. By the way, Davis will probably return to play in the next 10 to 14 days.

We see Andre Drummond very effective in Lakers, and in that huge win against the Nets, he bulldoze his way and had one of his monster game in his young Lakers uniform. Well if he is mentally chasing those records then he might hurt him in the future. Let the records come to him, for sure he still has a lot of basketball years, he knows how to take care of his body, the injury was unfortunate, but it is not career threatening so for sure he will be back come playoffs.

They should not change their style of play because they want to preven the injury, this is a physical sport, NBA now are soft compared to the past, so they should not just do it for money, they should do it for pride, you know what I'm saying. Kyrie Irving gets weirder by the day. That clip of him getting ejected was strange. He seemed to be way up in his feelings. I think Kyrie needs a PR person to keep him from speaking. The walking stick to games was funny and I think he is probably right in this latest dramatic outburst of racism, but I’m not sure how effective his methods are at getting his point across. Especially after the flat earth stuff. Hard to take him seriously.

Drummond can be consistent because double double is his average in his previous team, my only concern is the entire Laker roster, they need to be consistent and should not rely on Drummond and think that he is their star player. They do not have to rely on him, they just need him to show up on the minutes he gets and that would be enough. Remember this is the team with bigs like AD, Harrel, Gasol on the team already and even though they are not always healthy, they are at least decent players and add Drummond to that mix and you cover 4-5 positions all game without need for anything else, and they still have Kuzma who sometimes play the four as well when others are out too, and can be put to many different positions.

This is why I think it is quite important to realize Drummond is not going to be playing these minutes, he is going to play a lot less minutes, and what he needs to do is really matter during those small minutes he gets, just play great for 10 minutes and that's it, nobody needs him to play 30+ minutes anymore, those days are long gone and not expected anymore.
