We should probably focus on this more than people who complain. Dude is an insider who talked about the problems of knowingly doing something to get more money from you and me, by the moderators and admins of the website. Lightlord has always been a decent guy paying for signature campaign for probably 10 centuries now, but that doesn't mean that there could be ill mannered workers in the website as well, not every good boss has good workers and not every good worker has a good boss.

I would say the most logical approach right now to what etude says would be to ask lightlord or any higher level person working for bitvest to show us the cold storage, we would need a guarantee of money, and also we would need some sort of guarantee that if someone wants to withdraw a big amount, there will be a personalized help, someone who deposits 20 bitcoins, gambles a bit and wants to take out 16 back, shouldn't have to wait over two weeks (by 1 btc calculation, could be quicker or slower).

I would say dice game but if you are hunting huge payout only.
Here in bitvest you can play dice game to hunt up to 99,000x payout.
Other game can be Keno where you can hunt up to 12,500x payout.
Next is plinko with the red line or you can create your own line on the purple line.

I honestly can't really understand what the fuss about the hot wallet being refilled thing is all about. Happened to me several times already and I don't mind the wait. I think all I needed to do was PM admin and it was taken care of (although I agree the wait should never be more than 24 hours).

Maybe BV can think of locking the amount requested for withdrawal from gambling though. But allow a "cancel" feature if they change their mind.

Because they don't keep higher amount in their hot wallet. And everyone won't like to wait for long after requesting a withdrawal.

It's really not much different from other sites and services. Even at exchanges I have to wait for a bit before they actually process my withdrawals. BV has a hot wallet, some sites also have it, it's something that's a great feature but it's not unlike other sites to have to refill and manually approve wallet withdrawals.

And Etude's right. But we should blame ourselves if we play with money we want to withdraw. That said, I did suggest we let players choose to lock the amount themselves or not.

Hi guys. I hope a mod can urgently see this. I think my account at Bitvest has been compromised. Logged in today and saw that it has now a 2FA, which I never did before. I know, I know. My mistake. But I signed up in 2016/17 can't remember when and like all my old accounts I never installed 2FA.

I've now got to go back and find all my old accounts and start changing passwords and adding 2fa. It's crazy but this was something I totally forgot because it's just an old account I leave,

Account is back in my control, correct. Unfortunately, my funds are not OK. The guy kept trying to withdraw everything again and again until he eventually managed to get it. The funny thing is I login every day in general and the once I did not was the day he logged in otherwise I might have noticed it and cancelled or informed earlier.

Dogecoin invest was over 100% profit too, all gone. My fault.
