I need help! I have not received a response from the admin for 6 days! I write to support and email! and they don't answer me! My problem is that I forgot the pin code for withdrawing funds! and no one wants to help me! admins answer me! I have been waiting for a reply from you for 6 days
There's been a problem recently with the slow support response. Send them again a message of your problem. 6 days is already enough to have your first message have a follow-up.

Write them a new message and maybe your older message have been covered by newer messages that's also sending them their problems to the admins, moderators or supports.

Instead of many issues , why not direct PM @lightlord or @Zodiac ? they are getting online mostly now so for sure they will manage to answer or address your issues directly .
i believe that recently the site is down and i think they are still working for some things and update , and also they may be working in the support issues as this has been the problem since last year.
because lightlord confirmed recently to be more active so yes try to PM them here in bitcointalk .

Sometimes we need to do this since if we rely only on their support chat or in email we will get frustrated on how slow they are solving the issues of their costumers. Hope your issue will be seen by lightlord once he goes online again.

And we all thought that Lightlord is going to have more time and focus, just when we are all praising Lightlord on his last post this happens, this is not really a huge issue compared to what 1XBIT is doing to its clients, but 7 days without an answer is just too much and it can cause depression especially if the complainant has a huge amount to withdraw.
He mentioned that he is more than willing to do KYC or verify his account, hope this issue will not take more weeks before it is settled

I think Lightlord is an experienced casino operator, for him to have operated two gambling sites at the same time for a long time he should know how better to take care of health issues but feedback is the best way to keep upgrading any platform. The site needs to win the confidence of its players back by becoming more active on the forum.
The point is it is not good actually if 2 casinos are operated by a single person. From operations to hot wallet control, it is bad because you don't know what will happen with that person. Then if things are unwell, what ending will be for 2 casinos and how about ending is for their customers?

I wish best for lightlord and I see they are very old and trusted casinos but above points make sense in my opinion. I don't know but from what I read, two casinos are likely owned and mainly operated by lightlord. If he returns with better health, he will manage two casinos better but he will also have to think of more solutions to make those casinos more decentralized. Like sharing more important access and controls to some core members.

I Think that this issues will take more weeks and its almost. Light lord has online last February two but the last post is in January 31 which is two days left to 1 week and I think that lightlord is not totally okay but I don't know whats really happens to him and I do hope that he will be okay and fix all the issues he lifted.

This can be an option because I really think they will answer things like this but if you really don't want something like this to be done you might be able to re-do the complaints you did before, at least this is to follow up your previous complaints because if you look at it from above you have been doing this for 6 days but there is still no answer so you can make your complaint again.
indeed there seems to be a slight problem due to the update that occurred there. So, try to make a complaint again because it could be better now.

Sorry to hear that you have an issue related to the pin code, but since Lightlord is still not fully active as what he used to do in the past.
Nothing you can do at the moment except waiting, unfortunately it is also weekend so he may in holiday or taking more rest due to his health issue.
I know how it feels and it is understandable if you are a worried or angry with the situation.

As I've said in the past post, there's a current issue and problem on why you're experiencing that. And that's probably the reason why you're going through a long wait for the response of any of the representative from bitvest.

It's likely that they lack of manpower and owner's still away and that's why no one is answering you to help you solve with that. I'm sorry, we cannot do anything with that and you really have to wait for them to response which is you've been waiting for so long, a week of wait for a response is truly long already.

I would guess that they are getting tons of PM's everyday, from complaints to spam to beggers so it may not be really the ideal way to go if you want your problem to be solved. The best option for most people is contacting support line from the website and waiting for a response because I am sure that there will be a response from there either quickly or slowly but I doubt it would ever be ignored.

Second one would be writing here because it is an active place and even players may end up helping you if you have a question or something that you do not understand. This is why it is not really a terrible idea, if you are here to bash on bitvest then it may not be cool, but if you have a critical feedback where you know it would help this place or if you have something that is smart and understandable to ask then it would not really be a problem.

The challenge right now is the lack of response from the admin and am very hopeful that in the future the situation will not remain like this.
As lightlord has stated in his reply that everything is going to get better soon let's wait to see that happen but we must be patient enough to wait for that change to happen most also consider the site owner's health and age as a constraint for not replying and acting on time.
Admin had already made out some response already.

Doesnt matter on whats the time frame, important here is that he do gave out some words and clarification that everything would go back to normal but lets just give him some time yet we know that health issues wont really be that easy.

Lightlord wont tend to waste up the reputation that it had built up for how many years so easily.This is a big business and you cant really just let things pass.

But we should still wait for the next update from @LL or teams because some members say that they can not process their withdrawal. We hope that everything will be okay and no serious problems are happening to the site and @LL can be more active on here or ask somebody to manage the thread.

From his last reply, he say that things would slowly or gradually go back to normal so I assume that he want to come back and clear the mess before. But the important thing is he should get healthy first because that is how he can fully come back here and resolve every problem that has already happened.

So expect that things would slowly or gradually go back to normal.What they have missed lately would really be patched up
and lets trust up those words and see this site would go back again into those normal days. Issues should be
resolved next.
Its a good news that he is getting better and also gave an update in this thread. Its an indication things will returned back to how it used to be. Though still uncertain when because there's no specific timeframe given.

Anyway, a little update from the owner do matter.
The biggest thing is that he has said he will be back with a big return. So, it is not really about just being "back", it is about him being back with some sort of big power so that he could cover the difference.

We all know that, the latest big break caused him to lose a lot of reputation, he is seen as someone who let people down and caused a lot of late payments and a lot of problems, even if he paid with bonus later on, that was 10+ weeks people didn't get paid for and that is not an acceptable thing. With the hot wallet being empty for time to time as well, it caused people to actually not even like him anymore.

This reputation decrease caused him to come back with hopes of getting it back, how will he get it back? If he does something "extra" and that is what he is after now. Anyone who is here, and anyone who participates in it, will be rewarded in an extra way I am sure.

We were running it lower in hot than normal after the site was brought back online. It should be fairly quick for withdraws in general.
The hot wallet is more topped off now, so things should be getting back to normal.

They wont really be lasting for this long if they havent done something overall the years had passed and its just a waste if they would just let things to happen on this way.
People do really easily freaked out and telling those and telling that about possible scenarios happened without even considering on waiting up for some word from the owner
itself.

It is just already been clarified and told into the public and that should be enough on easing those speculative claims and presumptions in mind.

I totally agree. Over the past year, the number of cryptocurrency casinos on the market has probably almost doubled. If Lightlord does not try to improve the situation, unfortunately the fact that his casino has been on the market for a very long time will not help him win with the competition.

I will agree with you that in the future days for sure everything is getting normal as I always said that lightlord won't ruin his reputation here in the forum and the casinos managed by him have a good reputation as well so there is no reason why he ruins this.
There are many new casino nowadays but staying in the old one is the best choice to avoid scams. But not all new and there's new casino who prove that they are good and reputational casino someday.

The amount of casinos and the amount of money these new casinos are spending is insane. I have seen places with millions of dollars worth of marketing budget. Sometimes it is not even paying, sometimes you just get a partner and that partner has insane connections and you get stuff that would worth millions of dollars. These new casinos all have that, they get aired or they publish ads and banners in places old places would have to spend insane amounts for.

These are much more professional as well, old places had just one guy starting it all up, maybe a small tiny team, rarely ever we saw places that started out with 5-10 people, nowadays we see literal companies with over a dozen workers and an office start right up with a huge budget with partnerships with companies who have hundreds of workers. The situation doesn't look great for older generation casinos to be fair.

That's right, because most gamblers will look at the performance and updates that the casino provides. New casinos have sprung up with various promotions in them and this could be a strong competitor in the future if the old casinos don't make updates to keep up with the times and just run in place and rely on something they got before.

Personally, even though I gamble just for fun, I also don't deny that I will definitely try something new that is implemented from a casino that updates it rather than just sitting around in a casino that obviously doesn't do anything there.
