I want to buy something and it only accepts paypal, I want to avoid Credit Card fees for such a small amount.

You Send: Paypal - $2.20
I send you: BTC - $2 at Preev rate

or I can sell you my £5 gift card I just bought for $5 paypal

Although I usually avoid micro-micro-transactions, you seem to need this pretty badly and no one has stepped up. I'll do a 1:1 trade if that helps you? You send first, 0.0064BTC at the current Preev rates.
