Do you have any collateral to offer for getting this loan ? If yes, then I can do it.

I'm not sure what I can offer. What type of collateral do people give you?

Altcoins are usually preferable. As usual, you should probably try reading stickies before asking for a loan.

I notice your personal text of your account is "selling accounts". So you can use your account as collateral. You can also sell your account.

He is selling "HBO GO, Netflix, Hulu Plus, NBA Leaguepass, DirecTV" I don't think any lender will consider these accounts valid collateral, most will consider Bitcointalk account a valid collateral though.

Your account isn't worth $20 in bitcoins.

You can read post above you, your account is not worth 20$. Although your account will become full member soon but it's not effect you will get the loan. The lenders just find collateral who worth more than that because if the borrower is defaulted his loan the lenders can recover his money then

I can throw a $15 loan your way if you use your account as collateral.

That is effectively like buying the account for $15. So you have to be sure that account is worth more than $15 and there is no other loans attached to the account.
