Thanks for trying, it's hard to believe you couldn't beat 1B share :-( Thanks, its worth a try eh. I know 1B is pretty amazing for a stick, best I've had since is 300M. Phil said one of his did a 2B before but there's no screenshot evidence so I'm not sure . LOL So far the best share on my single stick is 1.04M. It's running at 275 right now and averages (per cgminer 15.11Gh/s) I'm jealous of anyone with a B

I got a best stick share of 12.1M just after the last OC contest ended, I was impressed for a little stick! {"hashrate1m": "19.4G", "hashrate5m": "15.1G", "hashrate1hr": "14.2G", "hashrate1d": "14.3G", "hashrate7d": "18.4G", "lastupdate": 1449687890, "shares": 30354975, "bestshare": 44926.093031784432, "bestever": 12183168} Only ever had a >1G share with my S3, and only twice in the several months I've been mining.

It'll be fun to see where I can go with it

Keep up the good work guys, it only takes 1 lucky 79.1B+ share to solve a block . On that note, the diff is now at 79.1B, when I took that 1B screenshot on 25-11 diff was 72.7B. Its gone up 10% in less than 2 weeks .

My stick did pretty poorly on the overclock contest but now I'm quite proud of it. "bestever": 23214628 (23M)
It seems to me like my sticks are getting better shares lately, despite a slower clock setting. But it's probably just random chance.
I want to get one of those cool USB fans and USB voltmeters so I can find the perfect setting for them. But shipping from China is so slow! (I'm waiting for a couple of months now)

so, am i allowd to point my stick to the pool from the 11th ongoing? just got a nice usb fan and already thinking about getting a 2nd stick before the 11th yes the plan is to expand from 40 to 50. members start a new 1 month run. if we get to 50. part a prize of 12 btc / 50 = .24 coins which is about 96 usd it is still the best chance to make money on sticks. I will also continue to toss extra hash which as always helps the 1 or 2 stick guy out. Tonight I am going to start a new thread but it will be locked until the 11th. And on that note, I have my stick ready to go, and i'll set the rest of my 3/400GH/s as donation for the month

I should've looked at the actual pool stats for my best ever 4262886 Just over 4 million. I hope to beat that I have the stick running at 325 now. A single HW error. Looks like bumping the voltage and adding some cooling was sufficient (its on a 2A powered USB port too). I have a S3, S3+ and a S5 also (right now running at Kano's pool) and the best share from any of them was 600million+ I'd love to see a B but I'm not holding my breath!

I dare you to touch the back of the PCB where the chip is a 50W northbridge heatsink will do them nicely, i have a HR-05-SLI strapped to one of mine atm, passive cooling at 800mV, just Luke warm..

Ohhhh no Not doing that! I've thought about the heatsinks. I'll take a look at that one! It would be nice to not have to worry about a fan. Can you toss a picture up of what it looks like? (i just want to get a feel for space utilization)

LOL even at 275 touch that, ouchy!! lol. Think I should get some thermal past and throw a heat sink on there?

Think I should get some thermal past and throw a heat sink on there? not really needed, but, just a simple stick-on RAM heatsink should be enough to pull the heat off that area. im looking into getting RAM heat spreaders (the clip-on metal covers for RAM sticks) to pop onto a stick each, just need to wait for some from china..

spreadsheet has been updated.
for the next run, if the totals could be the first columns and the daily on the right that'll be great.
having a floating total column means I need to update the spreadsheet every day.
I'd like it to be more automatic....
thank you @cryptoglance
