I actively spend my bitcoins since I see bitcoin as a currency and not as an investment. I spend bitcoins in a variety of websites accepting bitcoin such as Steam and Microsoft.

Bitcoin is a good currency since we can transact very fast in online and we can get the benefits of the low charges. I have been using this as a currency also in my gambling need as I cannot end a day without putting some money in gambling sites to have fun.

Well that is true but thanks for the information about that site of Microsoft are now accepting bitcoin. That is going to be convenient that I don't need to use paypal for paying some license to them. And there is going to be another way to spend my bitcoins actively but not that too rush. Still I am going to consider of when.

Really? Microsoft  already accepts bitcoin to purchase licenses then its a really good news  because  lately im using  paypal to purchase online but now because of bitcoin i could already purchase easily  on online but hopefully i could also purchase offline. All of us are hoping that we could spent our bitcoins in our countries especially to those who not yet being adopted.

Well, there’s just one problem there: Almost none of the businesses mentioned above technically accept bitcoin. Instead, they partner with a middleman—generally either Coinbase or BitPay—who takes a customer’s bitcoin, immediately converts it into cash, and then deposits the cash in the company’s bank account.

In other words, Dell, Expedia, Microsoft, and Time, Inc. don’t actually “accept” bitcoins, per se. They accept U.S. dollars. It’s their bitcoin processing partners who accept bitcoin. They, in turn, make money on transaction fees (in the case of Coinbase), or by selling their software and services as a subscription (in the case of BitPay).

regarding to this i still getting my bitcoin using my banks converting it to my currency but i also use bitcoin paying bills directly as our exchanges permits us because of the feature of their service.

At least you are playing safe, spending what you earn online are the common trend of the workers here, but for me I do not only spend my bitcoin to pay my bills or save that into my bank account. I make a point that while I am earning I am also doing some kind of investment for the future, it's good to see and wait for the future and witness how your money grow than just simply keeping it.

We all know that is must a thing to do. Regular spendings but on other hand keeping some for saving or using some in investment.

Money circulation must be properly rotates. It includes investment, savings and spendings.

So if we are actively spending our bitcoin for any purposes, we must try to back the amount we use for that said spendings.

I have a little more than 1 coin saved away, it's my "lotto coin" for in case the value of btc skyrockets some day.  For coins that I spend I typically buy them and then spend them, due to the volatility of coin value it doesn't always make sense to me to spend coin since you could be losing money by spending the coin, depending what it took you to get it.  This is an inherent problem with btc as a living currency until it's price stabilizes.

Did someone figured how we those few bitcoiners, generate traffic, that turns into money, as how many this few people are investing into bitcoin making it bigger year by year? Bitcoin is making people addicted, im addicted to bitcoin, i love all around bitcoin, i just dont support scams projects anymore, even for fun. My coins are being invested at my projects, and all the cost associated. I really doubt the most is spending their coins, they gamble them, try altcoins market and some lend it, bitcoin need to keep circulating.
