No. I recommend against using that website; all they'd have to do is wait for all the trades to accumulate over 6 months (or potentially even longer) and then just chargeback everything.

If you want to do BTC -> PayPal trades then just hit up monbux, hedgy73, or someone else reputable on the forum.

Chargeback is definitely a problem with paypal. Other exchange sites do not accept paypal,although virowx does at a high charge,and have high charges to send funds to banks.

Use Coinimal. They just started offering this service, Bitcoin to PayPal without any verification. Owner is a reputable member here on the forum. His user name is TwinwinnerD. He is also an escrow here. You can't go wrong with Coinimal.

And yes, they are giving Bitstamp rates, so no crazy fees like Virwox!

I recommend against using that site. As others mentioned you're probably better off using one of the reputable traders on this forum.
