If you can't stay away from gambling, why don't you create your own gambling site instead lol.
This way you earn while not gambling but still in the gambling business ha!

I cant get away from Gambling myself. I mean gambling section I'm required to post here because of the signature campaign I'm into Smiley

Gambling: if you can't handle, don't start playing.

How do you know if you can handle it or not if you haven't played? I would say anyone who is scared of getting addicted shouldn't play because they probably will if they are scared before even playing. I was somewhat addicted to gambling but never used my own money so in a way it wasn't that bad.

I would say over 80% of Bitcoin's market is gambling, and scams.
It's hard to stay away from gambling if you own Bitcoin.

Exactly, If you are addicted to gambling then there are very few possibilities that you can stay away from gambling and with bitcoins in your wallet it becomes more difficult to do that, as bitcoins allows us to gamble even in small penny which no other currency allows us, So I don't think that you can stay away from gambling unless you have strong determination to do so.

I think each person have a different taste so one has to find their other interesting things to do to avoid gambling. Preferably go out from computer to keep away from online gambling.

having bitcoin and feeling a need to gamble have absolutely no correlation, its the fact that a platform to gamble is easily accessible, and you have the money to use it. its no different that with a major casino such as winstar. addicts that have money will feel a need to go over to a casino and throw away whatever they have, wheras nonaddicts wouldnt feel at all compelled to go to a casino.

Which markets are you talking about ? You need to revise your searches and try exploring more .Just because you have seen few gambling bitcoin accepting sites here and there doesn't mean entire bitcoin scenario is about gambling. There is lot more for you to discover .A legit business of about 2 million is carried out by bitcoins everyday which doesn't include gambling and scams.

Don't buy any bitcoins then you will safe from online gambling.

Bitcoin is not the only currency used in on line gambling. You can also pay with credit/debit cards to do on line gambling.
Does it mean you should decline to be paid with your local currency so that you will not do on line gambling?

Your statement is so incorrect on so many levels that it is even hard to begin explanation. Basically you are repeating utter bullshit that is mainly used by gamblers, thieves, terrorists and Mike Tyson.
Which is totally untrue. Secondly, I see that you are one of those people who want to forbid everything because it potentially can be harmful again - this idea is totally wrong.

Yes many people have misunderstood bitcoin system as a token inviting them to online gambling. Unfortunately bitcoin also suits gambling houses and gamblers the best possible way. This may mislead people like preventing them from gambling if they not owning any bitcoins. Lack of awareness.

I doubt thats what he meant but it's true that with bitcoins it's easier to scam people and get away with it due to the anonymity of bitcoins but of course that does not mean no one shouldn't use bitcoins anymore.

Avoiding situations that have previously led you to problem gambling is critical for your long-term recovery. Doing so will require open conversations with family and friends, self-exclusion from gambling sites and changes to your lifestyle.

Personally I would start by not posting in this section.. Anything that might draw your attention to gambling sites or basically anything involving gambling will put you at risk.
You can also always seek professional help, but I guess that is not the answer you are looking for.

Other way to look at addictions told by experts is to face them and say I am not anymore addicted. I would recommend some Allen Carr books for brainwash even those have not helped myself 100%. His books are mostly about nicotine addiction, but more about mental part of it, what is part of all addictions.

Just put weekly limits you want to invest in gambling. If this is not an option for you, spend your time doing other things like sex or whatever brings you pleasure. The remaining time you probably sit inside an office....
