Why is gambling so addicting?

I all comes down to the thrill of winning.
If someone solely says they are completely into it for the money they are lying because with out that high after winning a large bet that is like crack and it keeps you wanting more. The money you win is just a bonus on top of taking the risk in your bets.

atleast it's 40 for the thrill and 60 for money. you know everyone have different taste and opinion. but for me yeah 40% for having fun and 60% for the sake of money. sometimes we need an entertainment more than just a girl , and gambling come as an antidote.

It is addicting if you let your emotions control you. Gambling is really enjoyable especially when you win but there are also lots of people out there that they just see gambling as an entertainment and not to gain profit.

In my opinion luck is a basis in gambling, well gambling is a random thing that allow players to have winning streaks or not but I think gambling sites would not decide who's gonna win or loses it is on the randomness of it that makes gambling risky no controlling is needed for gambling sites to decide about it and it is up to gamblers if they would take their wits in playing a bet on it!

Banning gambling is insane, it is like you are prohibiting people of having fun when the real purpose of gambling is not really to make money. I think they should only ban people that are not qualified to gamble due to some age issue(minor) or lack of self control in gambling.
