"they" would do and use everything to hurt bitcoin if its aa threat to their establishment

I doubt that Bitcoin will be hurt, because bitcoin is like money. I don't think that ISIS want to hurt Bitcoin because that is a good source to buy illegal things and that is just sad.

There's no actual prove that they are using bitcoin. I don't see how this would put bitcoin in a bad light either. If they are using dollars as payment does that mean they are placing the dollar in bad light?
For now I don't believe it until I see actual prove of this. I don't think they are using bitcoins, I believe they use the black market to get their weapons and pay with cash.

What if the answer is yes, would you stop using Bitcoin? There is no point to discuss about this in here, because whatever happens we will definitely would continue to use Bitcoin.
Yeah agreed, whatever ISIS or any other bad stuff do by using bitcoin I would keeping used bitcoin.. There is no point for stopping us from using bitcoin.

The matter of concern should be ,where is all this money coming from? Not like ISIS have excelled at mining and they have 100's of miners to fulfill their war needs,They're being funded by some associations which are using cryptocurrencies as the way to get away and hide.

Bitcoin is eveywhere and can be used like fiat currency.
If it's used by ISIS then it's no surprise. It's just that some news are exaggerated when broadcasting bitcoin is used by illegal acts.

ISIS also used US dollars as well as euros or any other currency that suits them at some point. For those who do not like Bitcoin this is just another opportunity to display it in a negative light.

Maybe they use Bitcoin for illegal things, but there main source is oli so yeah. By the way with bitcoin can every one use it so it doesn't matter who it use. I know that some bitcoiner here bought some illegal things.

The fact the mainstream media keeps talking about this nonsense prove how little they know about Bitcoin. It is way easier to get their illicit activities funded with cash rather than Bitcoin. First of all I doubt they know how to properly do the whole thing, which means proper knowledge of mixing, outputs and inputs, tor... it's really annoying, they get things easily done with their illegal oil and drugs business.

It is so funny that people whine about bitcoin being used by criminals, fact still stand that cash is the biggest one and that will not change in the years to come. Yes banks are more often involved with criminal business than bitcoinw will be for a long time. But those sticking your head in the sand and saying bitcoin is not used by criminals is beyond normal reasoning. Ofcourse its used by crimimals >PERIOD< That will not change the fact that its still a handy way of sending some money to whatever means i want it to use for. There are so many normal shops and non illegal people doing fair trades with it, so stop whining and use bitcoin as you like.

When have the mainstream media had an idea of what they're talking about The thing with IS is that they probably think Bitcoin is some great evil because it comes from the west and uses the evil thing called the internet. There is so little evidence that IS can and is using Bitcoin that it is useless to speculate about it. They make enough money from oil and gold sales on the black market, so there's no reason for them to have to change.

What's even funnier is the fact that IF they are using Bitcoin (and if they are it's like 0.00000001% of their source of income) they are most likely using Tor and Tor was developed by US Army/intelligence department, so should the US Army/intelligence be blamed to be the inventors of what allows for Bitcoin to be more anonymous?

It seems that ISIS people are very good in modern technologies so I'm almost 100 % sure they are using bitcoin. Why? All world is against them so they have to hide their identities and finances and Bitcoin is the best option for them.

It doesn't matter what they are using. ISIS is the problem, not Bitcoin. We can ban the Internet, weapons, cancel sport events, but the problem still will be there. If someone will fall for the propaganda against Bitcoin, I pity the fool.
