Why not buddy If you are running any business like shops, trade business, hotel and etc.. you can able to initiate the bitcoin as the payment in buying or selling things in your business. This thing can help the people with the local business.

It might be low for today, but if we are just going to explain to them clearly if they are going to use and start accepting bitcoins then for sure it might encourage them.

Just tell him some success stories on how did bitcoin changed their lives but also tell them some bad incidents about it.

I think it really depends on the kind of business you have, if the business we are talking has something to do with technology then I think it is a lot more likely that some of the clients are already using bitcoins in their lives.

And yeah that is going to make the businessman who have good business in local places doubtful if they are going to know that there are some investment scams like hyip and ponzi scams but I think if you are going to explain them that you are not going to make business agreement with those sites or you are not being like that, then that would be fine.

All these things have given a bad name to bitcoin and this cannot be undone. What needs to be done is an aggressive advertising/crowdsale in countries where bitcoin is not accepted yet.

It is not bad if you are going to allocate some funds with advertising and promoting your products online. It is going to boost your sales after all and once the people already know your product it can bear in their mind that your products is good enough and that will no need to advertise anymore. But if your wise and your product is becoming well known, you will still keep on using internet marketing for promoting it.
