So you know how they say that everything's priced in, and everyone expects BTC to skyrocket on the 27th? So I guess it's already priced in, and everyone's just waiting to "sell the news"?
What's your bet?

I don't expect a big up or down. On average the price wil be stable, unless the whales try to manipulate the price again.

Let's hope I am right people.

I think everything is happening as usual. I don't expect price actions specifically for that matter. It will be 310-340$ range. (I keep it large for errors)

That's what I think. No matter how many buyers buy extra Bitcoins to spend on Black Friday, the shops will most likely sell those Bitcoins almost immediately which will result in a stable price. The exchanges will get increased volume, but that won't increase or decrease the price, which hasn't changed much in the last week.

Why would anyone expect a pump on black friday? Its not like people will wait till the day of shopping to buy their bitcoin...

The only way price would move on that day would be manipulation. Not market demand.

People want to spend their btc so price will go up, if many people buy bitcoin from the exchanges (supply vs demand).

The it goes back to original price again.

I can't see the price drastically changing on Friday, there might be a slight increase in transactions but unless people go crazy I don't think we'll see much movement.

Might have a few dollars effect (might be up or down) but nah, I expect the price to remain stable. My reasoning is that Black Friday is an event that can be foreseen (duh) so I doubt it'll have a sudden effect on value of crypto. Same thing regarding upcoming block halving, but that's another topic ...

What's your bet?

I don't think that the price will skyrocket in this period maybe 330-340$? I doubt that the price will pass the 350$ barrier on November anyway..

I mean yeah, they already do it by buying giftcards using gyft.'

Which Imma assume if they really do want to take advantage thats what they would do, but you should see the prices already climbing and I dont see any of that lol.

Again, assuming people are doing the black friday prior to friday which most do.

Unless you have some inside information offcourse.

The usual step is they will be trades and the bitcoin will remain as it is.

I don't think we can call it as a big dump of Bitcoins this Friday or Monday for no reason at all. If there will be a lot of spending this Friday or Monday that is because there are a lot of good opportunities to buy low priced items and I believe everyone here want's to buy an item on a discounted price.

Why skyrocket?

Unless the exchanges do black friday promotions for those who buy BTC, there will be no reason for the price to increase,

People will spend money, not invest

If we spend a lot of bitcoin to buy goods and do not buy back the coins we spend, there is a chance of price drop.
