Hi all,

When I know my account was frozen, I created a new ticket #233106 I don't know and freeze my account by myself

I tried to do link https://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/1000244846-an-unknown-login-was-detected-on-my-account
Then I enabled Two-Factor Authentication on Poloniex and commented on this ticket and I don't have any feedback.

I'm worried and bored about it because I don't have any feedback from any support agent.

Somebody can help me how to contact to support of poloniex for my cases or not?

I'm appreciated your help.

Try using the Contact Us form at the bottom of their page instead of that godforsaken support ticket system which they seem to totally ignore.

NAMES WANTED of people working at Poloniex


They owe me money !

Since several months i cannot withdraw.


So i guess someone has to visit them and talk to them.


Could you please provide me with NAMES (and even better complete ADDRESS) of people working at POLONIEX?
