After proceedings against MtGox and now BTC-e, looks like Polo got their legal team together to cover their asses. In summary, if they ever go down or lose funds due to hacks:

1. You can't hold them responsible.
2. You waive your legal rights to class action lawsuits. So no MtGox style claims. You're on your own.
2. You may only file legal claims from Massachusetts.

it seems they are preparing the insolvency. Smiley

withdrawn your funds from Poloniex as long as you still can !

Never had any problems with Poloniex, always fast withdrawals.

I'm not verified so I always have to dived my withdrawals over the week, but it always worked fine.

as any other shit(unlicensed) exchanger, they have no address, no real office.

according to their website, they are registered in Wilmington, DE, USA but be sure that this is only a registration address and not their office.

in short, you don't have where to go... Smiley

Are you from Poloniex?

People are talking too much. Nobody can hide.
