I remember informative article regarding comparing PIVX, Zcoin and Monero.
Couldn`t find it now..
It was explaining why it`s illogical that PIVX is so cheap compared to that 2 coins..
Yes, especially because of the masternode feature. However, Zcoin and PIVX share a lot of similarities. I prefer entirely Proof-Of-Stake |

What is the latest news about this project? in fact their prices continue to decline even though they still have the coin holder and trust by holding their PIVX coins. It looks like the team will have to make considerable changes to make them grow again, perhaps by working with the media to increase the popularity of the coins.

If you look carefully at the price chart of PIVX, it will give you early signal of potential recovery. Low volume, low fluctuated price-range. More importantly and interestingly, most charts of altcoins show the same signal. |

IMHO, we are lacking: 1- Their PR machine, not only due more or less resources, but also due to their longest live in the market. 2- Concentrate more in merchant acceptance. I would love to see PIVx development being centred now in increase the coin security against different types of attacks and merchant adoption. Yes, decentralised exchange and so on are very interesting features, but they probably are not going to be the main points of PIVx technology. OTHO, XMR has very good characteristics from a privacy point of view and a strong users base. For the user concentrated only in privacy is a hard competitor. Only an opinion. Salute |

You don't have to stake alone anymore. stakecube.net Personally, I don't like shared masternode hosting services because I don't want to send and give my coins totally under control of someone else. I would like to have full control of all my coins, so I don't have intention to use Shared masternode service at any odds. |

PIVX need some detailed, but simply written tutorials about wallet functions (zPIV minting explained) and wallet options (light, mobile, core). Although things are pretty much simple, but some tutorials as well as backup recommendations are highly needed IMHO.

Anyway, I don't know why PIVX rocketed within the last 24 hours. Have you known reasons behind recent rises? Just got listed on bithumb Korean exchange. And if your read their white paper and social website. Lots of good info. |
