We are currently working on the site before the launch that is why occasionally rolls will not be working and errors will occur.
As for speed questions, as more players roll we dedicate more processing to handle everyone  


We also thank you for your suggestions and feedback
We are really focused on user experience and will be improving our site for your bitcoin gaming experience.


We have pushed back the release date by a few days to create a better launch.
Currently there are no plans for a player investment option in the foreseeable future.

Normally when I read things like this, I assume is is just a signature promotion, but as you have no sig, you are placing for a real complaint.

It stayed in "pending" while hours.  Moreover, the conditions for withdrawal are crazy : Need 4 deposit confirmation (LOL) and above 0.5 BTC withdrawal. The admins have to do the withdraw manually (no fund?) So I have to waited 9 hours to get my money. (time where the admins were off...)
I've been waiting for 3 hours without answers. I explained my case to the admin (The boss fastdice.com) How I was worried etc.
And he told me : "you have made your point, I have answered. Be patient while I arrange process. Cotninue to badger and I'll have to mute. You have been warned"

I've lost more than 1 BTC on your website, I would have prefered lost 5 BTC on another website. You are the worst customer care I've ever seen.

As just a player looking at your complaints, they told you lots and lots of times that to be patient and it will come but you keep pestering them even after they've responded so how they handled it was reasonable. They have the funds but any amount above 0.5 is manual because the site is new, they have the funds they are just being safe for their players and themselves.

This was responded to and fixed as requested. I think your expectations are unrealistic.   Asking dozens of times after you have been responded to does not help the issue and you were very away aware of the response.
It is a shame that you have not come back and made a note that you DID get your withdrawal. This matter is finalised..

Sorry I am a bit late to the party. I am currently in banjo country with no cell reception apart from what I can scrape of possums.

While I wish the server was fully automated (though the recent experience Microsoft had with Tay is a good case against it), I am the humble coder responsible to feed the machine.

In the bosses' eyes I am probably 'no one' but the correct answer would be that apart from me (diablo/bitbidder), no one else has access to the server. This includes "The Boss" (fastdice.com user) as well as the mods. They have some powers as far as moderating chat goes but that is it.

At this point I am also the only person with the username, passwords & VPNs to access the servers and also the only IPs authorised to transact through the wallets outside of the automated deposit/withdrawal system.

As your investigation showed, Alchemist was a mod / promo guy for fastdice.com at the initial launch but pulled out of the limelight to focus on uni. I'm not sure of the exact date but Alchemist hung up his Mod-hat last December and is regulated to being a habitual user.  His BCT username doesn't help explaining the case but then I have been stuck with BitBidder (My old PD name).

So to definitively answer your question; I have access; no one else does. Until an AI entity can be developed that does not go full-Hitler in under 24 hours then it will probably stay this way for some time.
