Your personal wallet may be safe but you will have to deposit your bitcoins into an exchange or somewhere sometime. Of course banks can be hacked as well but it's rare and you have some safety, most exchanges in the bitcoin community are run by anonymous people with no guarantee of anything, look at btc-e, really big exchange but we dont even know who they are

You can be sure bitcoin is safe. But the unsafe part is in your hands. Your funds can get stolen very easily. Recommend you check out wallet security measures more precisely and work on getting a hardware wallet. Dont keep more than what you can lose on online wallets.

But still it is risky to put all your assets and all your earning here in bitcoin wallet, It is secure but not like the banks and if you loose your money from bank you will get your money back and bank are more safe to put your assets and bitcoin wallet is not safe someone scam you and stole your money from your wallet and no one whom you claim for your money.

There are 2 ways you can handle this
Cold storage - So that nobody can steal from your wallet
Calculated Risk - Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.

Agree with that,  but maybe hardware storage still fine, so you need to make big mistake  to lose your funds.

To keep your bitcoin safe, any option what give you all the control of the private keys of your bitcoins is fine.

Well I dont know why people kept reiterating what I had said in that post. Some people even claiming that converting all assets to bitcoin lol, no fool would do that. The OP asked if bitcoins is safe and I just pointed out that though bitcoin is safe, He himself must work on securing his wallet which can be hacked in many ways. I advice my fellow forum users to please read and understand my post before quoting and replying to it. Thank you.

Is it safe to keep all of my assets in Bitcoins? And how Department for Combating Economic Crimes, can affect my account?  What permissions they need , to freeze all my money?

I think you first should be safe and use bitcoin in safe environment and not on an infected PC or in any not known web wallet.
If you stay safe then your bitcoin should be safe as well and about the law, I have no info.

well i agree, this should be the first concern regarding using bitcoin.  but bitcoin as it is , network, securities, i feel safe using it.  even the stability of bitcoin today,  there are  lots of people who are using it legally, lots of legal merchants are now into bitcoin.  any unsecure things come from the external factor and not in bitcoin structure.

The only thing that we can not do is to control the price so it depends on and the only non-safe thing is this.
Bitcoin price is unstable so the only unsuitability is this and we are aware of it.

I wouldn't recommend keeping all of you assets in bitcoin. It's a risky investment not just because some governments could ban it, but also because we don't know for sure that bitcoin will succeed in the long run.

You are right online wallets are not much secured but still I can say we can rely on it as from about an year I have some bitcoin on online wallet and they are still safe at there we have to choose for a reliable and recommended online wallet if we want it.

You can be sure bitcoin is safe. But the unsafe part is in your hands. Your funds can get stolen very easily. Recommend you check out wallet security measures more precisely and work on getting a hardware wallet. Dont keep more than what you can lose on online wallets.
Lol I think not as easy as you imagine, someone takes identifer, and I think if you go in a different ip system will reject you, so I thought wallet bitcoin is now quite safe, to be safe again you can add 2FA or can be called with authentication, yeah it is used so you get more security
Yes, with identifier it is hard to hack any wallet and especially if the person has 2FA security at his wallet as in that case the hacker will need to get access to the mobile phone of that person also.

yes there is no doubt about this that bitcoin is too safe and that is the reason that i have invested more that half of my assets in bitcoin and still want to invest because i trust on bitcoin.

Bitcoin is safe but beware dont put all your hard earned money in
one wallet. I suggest to create a 2FA in your account for security
purposes. By this no one will bypass or will hacked your wallet.
And, I suggest to be more cautious in terms of your bitcoin.

I also do not rely much on online wallets as if they claim for security but still if the hosting go down then we will lose access to our bitcoins and in the time of emergency we will not be able to manage for bitcoins so it is recommended to keep most of our bitcoins on desktop wallet.
