i did that too, yesterday morning (24 hours ago) and it seems like he was banned a couple of hours later. if you look at his account his signature was removed (sign of being banned). i wished they also removed the link too, but they still are there!

Yes ! Thanks to our admins and our users soon we shall be on 9B rolls, this community is very diligent and resilient, pity, the users under level 5 can not participate in the promotion. Witsie can not be there, that is good and happier moment for all of us. We can hope only that at 10B roll we get minimum 0.250 btc for winner of the roll compared to this minimum of 0.025 btc. What I need to know is about why they limited to this level 5? And why it is not for all? I do not think that it is one of the reason  why they limit it to level 5. The more reasonable explantion is not to let faucet abuser to join their promotion but I really need some explanation why they limit it to level 5?

I like that they added that rule in their promotion before it wasn't fun when I joined the 8 billionth promo after reaching every hundred million bets people would always hit the number after a thousand roll and it kills the fun right away. Maybe they added that rule so the level system wouldn't be wasted and their loyal players would mostly benefit from the promotion. Imo it's not even that hard to reach level 5.

Can you expend tolerance to third account allowance? Can you ask developers to provide users with option or command /ignore mod-admin?
Can you allow beggars to beg for their crumbles? Can you execute amnesty for all life banned chatters once in a year? Can you give all jackpot to winner?

Bitsler never give any tolerance about 3rd account. You will be banned.
Why do you need to ignore mod-admin? They are helpful people.
Beggar never welcomed and allowed on bitsler.
Few people have won all jackpot amount for few times.

you can turn it on and off,also it only works if you have your e-mail setup
it is a very useful update-simple 2fa that doesn't require any third party applications installed

Yes, as long as one enable the 2fa function then each time when you change your IP address you need to re-enter your login 2fa security code again. But it you give you security for your account and you no need to worry about someone hacking your account. Anyway, your dynamic IP will not change very few minutes so still it is good to enable 2fa.
