I do not think that to wagered 1 btc is really huge amount, because this is a lifetime, so by keep spending a little time here you will get that 1 btc wagered in no time. This is 1 btc wagered so winning and losing will count and if you are luck enough you will only use a little bit of coin to achieve that. I never heard anyone complainr this thing before, so it is fair enough for everyone. May be you should consider to get some coin from now on

Having 1btc to risk is different from wagering 1btc. I agree with btcevo, wagering 1btc is easy you only need a small bankroll to reach that goal. On other dice sites I only wasted 0.001 - 0.01 max just to reach 1btc. It's all about how you manage your bankroll.

I suggest owner can do in two option:

1. For my observe in bitsler, player or some people will automatic tell the people which they think broke the rules. And also, i seen MOD there.
The mostly banned in chat will be put ref link, scold ppl, politic, type the words we don't know .
The chatting people are many and the ppl who in rain is maybe just max. 10 ppl in one time rain.
So just tell MOD banned the spamming people then is ok. That's why MOD here.

2. If really want to set wagered, lv 5 (1 btc) is too much.
U can set less wagered, or after 3 days registration then can get in rain like that. As spammer will do spam at many website, they not stay one.

For the chat i see at other website, they just got MOD, player will auto tell ppl who broke rules. 
and even the times no MOD, old ppl will them too.

Remember Rain is random and fair. (Fair to active person but not related to the amount they wagered)

I've seen once a thread made specifically to show somebody's bets and strategies, making people see how that guy is enjoying gambling. I think that Bitsler didn't exist back then.
Of course, it contained plenty of ref links and I expect that guy got some good refs. But it needs work.

I've seen threads with "promotions" to attract people into ref links to one or another casino. I guess that those received mostly faucet players.

And I had ref link on signature in the days I was only Member (I think). I've got nothing. Of course, my number of posts were not great, the casino was already well known and it was not as nice and friendly as Bitsler. But the times changed and the casinos got better, I think.

There are 2 type of rains and emberbekas explained one of them pretty well. Second type of rain is chat box which automatically makes rain for last active chatters but reward from chat box is very low, it doesn't makes high rains.

Signature is still one of the best ways to gain referrals, this forum is still the best place to find referrals for free compared to other place as it is a place where most people who are interested in bitcoin.
