Yes the same guy is still in love with Bitsler, it seems he comes back each time he gets a new idea to be annoying ... About EOS and TRON we planned to add them but as they left (or tried to leave) the ETH network we wanted to wait a little and see what's going on . Those 2 tokens should be available on Bitsler in the future if nothing bad happens. Cheers Seems they found true love and it's Bitsler for them, lol. Imagine queue-it on your website where DDoser is waiting for his 1000th queue. Admin can you provide a little statistics? I mean I want to know how beneficial are altcoins for website, for example devide them like this: 1. Users of bitcoin, 2. Users of altcoins... Would be great to see. Also what about to start work on new game and make a poll: Which game would you like to see on Bitsler?

EOS and TRON do not doing good on the market as well, so it is better to remove it too.
As long as the coins do work and there are enough people willing to spend them I don't see any reason to remove them. On the other hand, if the coins have such big changes (like move out of ETH) in plan, a postpone is better than subsequent issues. All in all, the decisions made by Bitsler seem to be very good. (And I do like to see those new coins!) I guess that one future step would be to break the ice with cryptonight type of coins, but I think that those wallets are different, so maybe that's one why Monero & Co are missing while smaller coins are already in. But don't mind me, maybe there are other reasons too, not just technical... What do you mean by the coin works? I believe it just matter of people whether they are going to pumped it or not, if you mean have this is worked then it must not be a good choice. I can say there is aleays supply and demand here but the problem is, are they good enough to pump it? I do not know why they arr postponed it right now but it seems this is the only way not to let it drop below current price Admin can you provide a little statistics? I do not think they can provide such thing because there will never be easy to determine which people are using pure bitcoin and pure altcoin, if there is one person that betting using many altcoins and bitcoin, so how are you going to check it? This will be some work for them, better just get some polling for a new games

Besides ETH and LTC most of the other alts are almost never used for services except for exchanges. EOS and TRON is mostly bought and sold due to speculation. Its very easy to make good money trading those coins however I doubt it has any real world network usage yet. Especially the EOS main-net which is very buggy at the moment and from what I've read very centralized.

By "the coin works" I meant that it works technically, i.e. the transactions are processed safely and in a timely manner. Bug and hack free. If you come from Bitcoin only it's hart to think on such problems, but some younger coins, especially when big changes happen, may face bad surprises. I meant all technical. You seem to be thinking only to the price. Imho the price doesn't matter, because if the coin worth 1$ the gambler may spend 10 coins, and if the coin worth 0.001$ the gambler may spend 10000. Especially the EOS main-net which is very buggy at the moment and from what I've read very centralized.
...aaaand here is the example of "coin doesn't work"

The main problem is always price, like you said it just matter of the numbers right but do you think that some big investors are giving into this? They always want hit the peak, may be for gambler they will think and consider the price so they still can adjust it anyway but not for long because they can get huge impact too Let assume this way, how about if you win when the price is low and lose when it is high?

...aaaand here is the example of "coin doesn't work" EOS was basically free of transaction problems when it was on the ETH network by the ERC20 token. However when their main-net launched it was a crazy mess. Basically the old "Buy the rumor, and dump after main-net launch". EOS biggest issue was that they are way too centralised and basically like others have said "You are better keeping your money in a bank, than on the EOS network" because your tokens can easily get frozen. When there is a small group of people that can control others coins then its a problem. And basically no gambling site should pose that risk. People deposit money to Bitsler, and they decide to freeze those coins "since its a gambling site" and what happens then. Liability after liability issues with the coin and Bitsler.

Of course. Just it's better to wait until the fixes are done an integrate afterwards so you can avoid doing the same job twice The main problem is always price, like you said it just matter of the numbers right but do you think that some big investors are giving into this? This is not about how big or small is the price. It's about how stable that price is. That's a different issue. And, according to what @adaseb said, this issue may also be temporary: However when their main-net launched it was a crazy mess. Basically the old "Buy the rumor, and dump after main-net launch".
EOS biggest issue was that they are way too centralised and basically like others have said "You are better keeping your money in a bank, than on the EOS network" because your tokens can easily get frozen.

Hmm.. then I guess that waiting (much) longer with this coin may be the best "course of action". The waters will clear sooner or later.

Wait wait, as I see from these images, you have been paid regularly by Bitsler. Did you get response after these conversation which is already shown on images? You broke the rules, not them so they are right from their side. Will you be happy if they break rules? So they are unhappy that you already broke them. But if you are right at some point and you are truely speaking, I think you'll have an agreement.

From the image above, at least we know that the user acknowledges that he has broken the rules. So there is nothing to worry about from this scam accusation.

That is what I also see, what he is doing right now is like hitting Bitsler right in the face even though he clearly is the one who has broke a rule and he still even have the guts to accuse Bitsler on being a scam because his payments are somehow delayed. To tell you honestly it won't even be delayed in the first place if you only stick to one account. He didn't even provide a detailed background of what happened in order for other people to understand your accusation, he just claims that Bitsler is a scam and provide some imgur links which is not enough to prove anything.

Lets just wait for William or Baryom to clarify and tell us about what is actually happening with him in more details. I do believe Bitsler wont hold withdrawal if there is nothing wrong with the account. But it is clear that above user is admitting that he broke Bitlser's rules and William is even trying to make a deal with the user by offering to give some ETH back for him. I do not even think other casinos will offer the same thing to their players who broke the casino's rules. In general once user broke the rules = blocked/banned no matter if there is some balances on the accounts.

To resolve your issue, sending a support ticket will be the best thing to do instead of complaining in chat box because most chatters couldn't help you in this type of case.

Then you should inform about your issue to Bitsler support team before depositing money into your account. If they allow you to play then go ahead if not, find another casino to play. Because it is their site policy so you can't force them but you can find an alternative site to play these games.

You can reach them by email here or message on their account. You do not really need to have to post it here just because they still have unresolved issue. This will make them look so bad here which they not Are trying to spam on chat? If not they are not going to ban you like that, i gambled long ago and there is no way they banned someone without any good reason. Try email them and be patient, in the end they will always make everything clear

Agree that long waiting withdrawal is not good, but there could be a time when something happen that makes the withdrawal takes longer time. Something like an error on the withdrawal system or something like what you say (checking/verifying) may happen anytime, so we cant force them to make it faster when something need to be done first before releasing the funds. I believe Bitsler process instant withdrawal most of the time, but we cant deny that there some withdrawal take longer time. It is common thing in this gambling industry. Under 24 hours is still acceptable IMO, it is also recommended to get in touch with the admin if you feel that your withdrawal takes too long time. You have the right to ask.

I do agree that waiting for withdrawals is a pain. But lets take pros and cons into consideration. With the current system, Bitsler is able to filter out frauds, scams and even hacks. The system protects Bitsler's assets by filtering frauds such as faucet farmers, money laundering, illegal lending services, multi-accounts etc.. and it also protects player's coins - We had several situations where a player downloaded a scam/hack script which steals the player's balance, and because of the current system, we where able to reverse and save the player's coins. And with Bitsler's assets safe, it is able to give out great promotions and contests for legit players. There are a lot of other pros of the current system,so IMHO, the pros greatly outweighs the cons. And I can say this system is better than having instant withdrawal but having to KYC. -uni
