Inactive accounts or accounts with no deposit history in the last couple of months indeed will be banned from faucet which is why you can't get bitsler coins. Send a support ticket is the only way you can pick and hopefully they will release it! It is 100% free but of course there are some conditions that must be met, including making deposits. As I know, that is the valid rules till today, idk if they will change it someday.

I remember that rule as well but I think it does not applies to the BTSLR coin as Isildur said everyone can claim it. But never mind, I have just made deposit and will play again after long inactive time then I will try to claim the BTSLR faucet. Hope it will work, but if it wont work then I'll ask support.

Update: BTSLR is working for me now after deposit and play. So yeah inactive account with no deposit for some period of time wont be able to claim the BTSLR faucet.

Obviously if an account was tied to abuse, had faucet disabled or was inactive etc. for example, that probably carried over to Bitsler coin claims. It's still 100% free however to all players of all levels as I stated before (excluding abuse, disabled faucet, inactive accounts etc. obviously this isn't taken into account concerning 100% if you want to be technical)

So this BTSLR is only replace for faucet?

To put BTSLR it into perspective ~ the daily bitsler coin challenge pays out  BTC 0.063 per day atm and  BTC 0.88 at the end of the week meaning the total giveaway of BTSLR per week = BTC1.260. A player could make BTC 0.1586 for the week on BTSLR with no issues. Something like this simply isn't possible on current implementations of the faucet anywhere, for long durations due to abuse and restrictions (which we now have gotten rid of and consider obsolete problems from the past) ergo, faucet wasn't only replaced, no, it was actually improved upon astronomically.

Are you seeing any errors when trying to login? If yes, then what are they? Deleting cache and cookies, refresh and retry logging in which solves the problem half of the time. if I manage to get 100.000.000 coins on one of the days will I be totally unreachable?

Because this is what you guys made to prevent faucet abuser so yes this is working only for them but not really worth for non faucet players. Anyway about the 1 BTC challenge, how are you guya determined the number? i.e You played every day and here your result

tuesday : 200,000 bitslercoin
wednesday : 150,000 bitslercoin
thursday : 75,000 bitslercoin
friday : 10,000 bitslercoin
saturday : 800,000 bitslercoin
sunday  82,000 bitslercoin
Monday : 300,000 bitslercoin

Your score for the weekly wager will be : 200,000+150,000+75,000+10,000+800,000+82,000+300,000 = 1,617,000 bitslercoin.

If I do play only on sunday and I got 1,700,000 bitslercoin I will have a bigger score than you for the weekly contest.

That's why the last day of the weekly contest will be very interesting (every monday) and we don't do a daily contest on this day.

I place first twice with 1 mil coins, 1.2 mil coins and top ten a couple of times, maybe you could award the top 5 placements some % extra?

It is mostly a weekly contest ($3,500 for it) and we are giving a "bonus" for consistency with the daily contest ($250 a day between tuesday and sunday).

By the way, the abuser got his 3 accounts blocked and the prizes will be fixed. (The 26th, 27th and 28th will be 23th,24th and 25th)

You should directly press your concern with their support team. Just click the "Support" button on the upper menu it is pretty big and you won't miss it and it is beside the tab for the "Exchanger" button. Voicing out your concern won't solve it faster as the support team is not active here, you will get faster response when you just submit a ticket with them.

Nice idea mate, I think Bitsler will consider your suggestion and it may be implemented in the near future. I also want to suggest something related to the daily and weekly challenge. As for now, the winners are based on how much BTSLR at the end of the challenge. How if there is another challenge "the highest % profit" of the BTSLR, so all players will have the same chance to win. The current challenge gives higher chance for higher level users because they get more BTSLR per claim. In case of high % profit, low level users will be able to compete to win something from the challenge as is not based on how many BTSLR they have at the end of the challenge. Just my two cents
