I dont try to defense cazkoo, but you need to think again about the rules.
Some question regarding the rules :
1. How if pita post the betID after you sent the prize to cazkoo? Would you ask cazkoo to return it back?
2. Is the first hit player free to keep the betID and wait till there is another player hit the number and post the betID?

About the previous same thing that happened to Mapag, Not all players know about. So it is normal if cazkoo made a complain especially if he did not know what happened to Mapag. Maybe he could accept the condition if he know it..

Easy to do, isn't it?
