I was also facing this kind of issues. I enabled email verification when I use different browser. my problem was that didn't get the email if I use the different browser for login.

i can not reproduce this issue. i just checked and things worked fine for me, i have successfully switched to Doge from BTC and back again without any issues.
it is possible that there is something wrong in your browser that is preventing the switch.

as a workaround try this link: https://www.bitsler.com/play/dice/doge
the same link goes for other games too, just replace "dice" with another game name like this: https://www.bitsler.com/play/roulette/doge

It has been asked few times before, all you need to do is to clear your caches. If the problem persists after you clear caches then you can shot a pm to baryom and he will check your problem. Using an incognito browser might help as well if clear cache does not work properly.

Also please fix this problem: Everytime I clear cache (using latest Opera) I still have page Join Bitsler Community and can't login until incognite (when I clear chache and cookies it works for one sign in, when I close browser and open, it needs to clean cache and cookies again, only ceache cleaning don't works). I know you are going to fix it in near future but mentioned that this problem comes again and again despite cache's and cookie's clearing.

I think that it is a browser issue, because if you done doing clearing cache and cookies it should be working by then, but one last thing to make sure is after clearing both restart the computer but if it does not work then it probably is your browser. Also have you tried other browser like Chrome and Mozilla, and how did it go?

withdrawals sometimes take time, it is their automatic system that asks for manual approval from time to time. you don't need to do anything, the support staff will check and approve your withdrawal if there were no issues automatically and fast enough. you just have to be patient.
