Since there are many questions about how they can use faucet and also since there are many users who abuse faucet and don't like when they get blocked withdraw, what about to fully remove faucet and add something like Bitsler coin.. Or leave faucet for only Legendary members and for others Bitsler coin (set rank limit like you set it on exchange)?

Bitsler already make this fair enough by leveling their account to get only some few faucet and with some limit on it. This is good for all rank too so although they want to abuse it, it can't be that much. And for allowing multiple account on 1 ip, this is the real problem. They only limit extra 1 account per ip so to prevent this abuser? may be they should deleted other account that more than 2 per ip. Or may be give some notification that they can't make another account again

I sent a support letter, but the answer really was not convincing, I actually won with FAUCET before, and gave away my wallet.
The problem here is that I'm not trying to draw. When transferring 0.01btc I keep playing and lost 0.015xx. You can see nick history (kakavn).
Money transfer between two nicknames on the same IP, they said that I abuse the hose.
(You need to understand that BItsler is a casino, not a faucet site.

The idea of a casino and the luckier win the coins.

You can use faucet to test the site or to play for fun and if you sometimes win from faucet it's ok but just trying to make money from faucet is not allowed.

Since the free faucet creates so many (false?) problems, misunderstandings and scam accusations, maybe a possible approach would be to make the faucet create some sort of "monopoly money" which can be used for gambling, but not for withdrawal.

Bitsler faucets attract many players, a "not-withdraw-able faucet" wouldn't be very attractive. that is why i said users won't like this. it is always the reality of the money they get and on top of it the reality of the chance they have to earn more money from it. technically speaking you can claim the faucet, change the multiplier to a big number and roll once and win a huge reward and that is one of the main parts of gambling. people are playing for that chance.

I don't think that by having "Monopoly money" will work in promoting or enticing the member to play in Bitsler, it won't make them stay longer in playing in the site as the thrill of betting real money is different from "monopoly money". I mean yes it is there for you to experience the site but it is not there for you to experience your winnings as it is only for the purpose of playing. What Bitsler did is reasonable enough in limiting the faucet claims in terms of how much and how many.

You have a valid point here. Betting on real money is more interesting and I trust Baryom in the way he solves the things.
So this may not be a real problem, however, I feel like the number of caught abusers crying that "omg bitsler is scam" started to increase. And I expect this to translate into much bigger amount of work for Bitsler.

it is very common especially if the site is so popular, phishing apps is not new so be vigilant every time you enter your login details.  anyone knows if a good av or anti malware can detect ransom ware or malware on the said google apps?

these things are usually not "viruses" they are more of phishing type of attack. where they just put something in the middle to get the username and password of people who go through their malicious application to reach the website they want. that is why it is a little harder to detect these too.

If you report them to the store it will only get removed quickly if only a large percentage report it. Most likely most people never report these apps and they stay listed for a while.

Google is just going to say that they don't have much knowledge of Bitcoin and they can't indepedantely review all their apps. Apple does a better job and just refuses to approve almost all of them except a few wallets.

Remember when Blockchain.info got removed from App store? Took about a year or 2 until it made it ways back on.
