No he is not. Halving will happen in 23 weeks. Price will hold and it's only a matter of time before it skyrockets. Trust me : Take a deep breath and hold your coins. If you are panicking and want suddenly to sell : Go check what happened to the LTC market with the last halving in July.

Now think about it : It will probably be even more spectacular with bitcoin price.

bitcoin price is slowly going up over the long term. not just the daily $10-20 changes which we see everyday. the $200 was the low price and then it jumped up a couple of time, now it is time to stay stable at $370 for a while and rise slowly to higher prices.

I do believe the price will not go up again.
The pump is over and what we will see is a slow decline. Or maybe the price can stabilize, which would be perfect.

I think in April, the price could be firmly above $400. It will fluctuate between $420 and $470. Then it will rise from there.
