i dont think i will go under 400 any time soon or even this year i think we can expect stable price after halving to around 600

whereas I think $415 looks pretty solid, at least mid-term, I don't see much fuel to go beyond $500-600 based only on the halving news. To get stable $600 we would need a bit more to happen in context of Bitcoin adoption.
