Why should people use Bitcoin?

I believe people use BTC because they can't be blocked by bank, IRS or any governments. It is very important reason why people use BTC.

There's no real use for bitcoin, aside from buying stuff with it, for the sake of it. That's very different from altcoins, that try to give a real purpose to blockchain uses. Bitcoin is just interesting for its value, only for that.

All the updates we've seen have just been made in order to speed up transactions, or make minor changes to the code. The uses of bitcoin are restrained by its original purpose, which is nonexistent at the moment.

But hey, don't get me wrong, it's not a bad thing, look at gold, surely it has some applications and there's human lore, but aside from that, it's just a store of value because it's rare. Most of the time, there's a cheaper alternative to gold; yet it is still used by banks

The fact is that I would not seriously compare Bitcoin with gold. The fact is that to date Bitcoin does not have a place for its use as gold or real money. Therefore, first of all, for the crypto currency, you need to create an infrastructure. I think that in the near future our dream will come true, to grant and buy with Bitcoin and other crypto currency what we want.

It's a way for freedom out of poor life, which is a major reason for people coming into the crypto world. It being a crypto currency that is used in the internet with its decentralized nature, and can also be converted to fiat, makes it more interesting to users.

For me the best thing that I could use to convince the people to use it is because of its availability in almost every places specially in our country. Imagine​ it that you can bring thousands of dollars of money in form of bitcoin everywhere by just bringing your phone or hardware wallet. Also one of the thing that other people must appreciate is its volatility. Even though the risk of having losses is quite high, the potential of having very big gains is quite high and it has been proven based on its performance for a decade.

I think not everyone should use bitcoin. some people must be different needs, if people really need bitcoin then use bitcoin, but if not necessary at least learn about bitcoin. If in the future want to use bitcoin already understand the basis.

Like me, I choose the bitcoin because of future purpose. I use to earn bitcoin because it is a source of income, a huge profit it can gave. And some of my earned bitcoin is been holding to the wallet because of volatile price.
