for some people who have a wallet more than one, I think it was used for different purposes and undetected, I also use a wallet with two different sites, but I only use it for different purposes |

There is a lot of advantage of creating multiple you can create this for multiple accounts you can put bitcoin on different wallet so if some other runs you still have wallet with bitcoin there. scattering your bitcoin is an good idea but it take time for you to retrieve it. because you need to log on many wallet to get your balance. but it such a way safety is performed.

Maybe they want seperate their bitcoin for safety or something. For me, i only have 2 bitcoin wallets but i have many address to know from where i got that bitcoin.

There are many factors that we look at when it comes to wallets. As for me, it's largely payment fees. I do not mind a little complexity in exchange for really low tx fees. Hot storage for small, frequent transactions, cold storage for long-term saving. |

For convenience and security.
E.g. multiple wallets (paper) for long term offline storage, a mobile wallet for easy small payments, and a hardware wallet for secure large payments.

Better to be safe than sorry. It's only been a little over two months since I started having multiple wallets, in preparation for future use. I only have a few portions of BTC now, but it is better to get used to having multiple wallets, more so when my funds grow bigger in the future.

I use more than 1 wallet like BLOCKTRAIL, Blockchain and Coinbase. I use them if there is a problem of some of the wallet I would use another wallet until the problem is solved.

Just wondering why people use so many Bitcoin wallets.
in majority people use many bitcoin wallet is to compare features,fee and other offers between bitcoin wallet. Who can make users more comfortable with it. But a litle users of bitcoin make so many bitcoin wallet maybe it will be use for spammer or other reason. I can't to more think about it. the fees are only being determined by the bitcoin network based on the size of your transaction and some other factors and the wallet doesn't have anything to do with the fees. |

I wasnt aware they did. I only use 2. One on my pc and one on my phone.
many people do such thing I see. I think people use it to protect their bitcoin. maybe if one wallet is hacked, they still have the other wallets. imo |

great think People use so many bitcoin wallet because when come in wallet problem and that time use other bitcoin wallet for bitcoin safety all customer is want to save bitcoin. yes in addition it, to avoid you keep too much in one dompen, when getting hacked. but too much sometimes makes me confused. so I only use 2 wallet. |

Yes I agree, this is one of the most possible reason why people tend to use more bitcoin wallets. So that they could try different features of other bitcoin wallets as well as their convenience. And also they don't want to be traced for their transactions. |

So am I stupid that I am only using electrum desktop wallet, or I believe too much in it. Whatever the case its been 1.5 years I am keeping more than 3 BTC online via it, and nothing have happened yet, using Linux as a more safe OS than Windows. I will continue to be "stupid" until I have some problem with electrum |

And you find it very convenient and useful to store your bitcoins. That is not stupidity man. |

Using different wallet providers and switching addresses constantly is a good thing rather than a bad thing in my opinion. It reduces the risk of you getting scammed by one wallet provider, if you have no control over the private keys.
Also using different addresses for different transaction is good because it can increase anonymity quite a bit. It's good for your privacy.
