I was using single wallet at the beginning but now I use almost 5 to 6 wallets and since I am using blockchain to transact, they have introduced a new feature that we can change wallet address after every transaction and any amount send to previous address will still appear in current wallet. Well basically wallet is same but address (and of course private keys) are different. I use various wallets to ensure expenditure classification is made in right manner, say personal funds management with appropriate heads.

Wow your account name suits you best. Grin  I think your every move were well planned and you are good with financial management.

I do not know that there is a site which you can change wallet address and still have the same wallet.  I only uses one bitcoin wallet and address.  I am just knew with bitcoin and a little bit afraid to explore things.  I only make bitcoin through signature campaigns.  I am always afraid of investing as scam investment sites were all around.

If you make sure everything you use to run/create your well secured wallet files from have no malware or other virusses inside, and you are not connected to a public wifi network, then there is nothing to worry about. Bitcoin is great and all, but it's the person that has everything in the hand when it comes to your own security.

Just wondering why people use so many Bitcoin wallets.
It is better to have multiple wallets because if you store everything in one wallet and you lose that wallet you have lost all your Bitcoin.
But if you spread you Bitcoin over multiple wallets then if you lose one you still have the other ones.

yeah I think it's also a good excuse, certainly very possible that your wallet will be mapped out by hackers so to avoid missing stolen all your money, you might divide your bitcoin wallet into several accounts, yeah it's a pretty good idea I think

We still need to make a note about where we keep each part of our bitcoin. use multiple wallet means there are a lot of identifier that we must type to login to our wallet. so make a note will make us are not forget about our bitcoin. Use different site of bitcoin wallet can make us compare each wallet.

There are not any real reasons until you get into something specific.

I think the simple reason is to avoid hackers and store too much on a single bitcoin wallet. I was doing this.
Besides, some wallets can sometimes impaired. so when I needed it I could use another wallet to send.

Yes. One example is bitfinex. Imagine the people who have just stored all their bitcoins there. Now it is gone and there no getting back. One more thing is how could they got back if they lose it all. No more capital and they wont have the will to buy again with such a disaster that happened.

Its always good to put bitcoins in different wallets to minimize the risks as we never know what future holds for us or when the online site will disappear resulting in a huge loss for us.

Not only for that reason i think they are using many wallet because they want to be more anonymous use many wallet and many addresses so that no one can trace your main wallet address.. its not a problem that you are using many wallet because it can prevent hackers to know your real bitcoin wallet..

Yeah if you have multiple wallets then it won't be easy for hackers to trace your wallets and even if something goes wrong with one wallet then your bitcoins are safe in other wallets.

To save money you need to have the wallet for storing and separately for making payments for goods and other purposes. For conducting the operations of you could not find the information.

Yeah the reason of multiple wallet is that there is a big problem of hackers and people could not hold their all money in one wallet if you should hold your all bitcoin in one wallet then your all bitcoin will be in risk so because people divide their bitcoin in multiple wallets to minimize the huge risk .

I think It's for safety. You know when you're putting all your bitcoins in just one wallet and when something happened like losing your wallet, some exchange site run off with your money etc. and that will lose all your bitcoins. So it's better to have multiple wallets.

There is hacker that can hack if you dont secured your wallet properly they can brute force your wallet so make sure that you have 2fa its enough but not sure it is very safe.. also halving multiple wallet it can decrease the risk of your bitcoin to hack by someone also always use bitcoins mixer if you sending or receiving large amount of bitcoin to be visible in hackers.. those transaction is publicity that you can seen it in few weeks your address in google just to send to other address.. I mean in few weeks that you can see index page in google from other block explorer.
