The price of bitcoin is regularly fluctuating, so you might get $100 worth of bitcoins now, $50 or $200 worth of bitcoins tomorrow, who knows? So, do you prefer a currency that is more stable, like cash (USD, EUR...), or do you treat bitcoins as a currency, for investment to let it grow?

i love having my money in bitcoin, it is a convenient way of keeping my money safe while it earns a passive profit for me over time while the price of bitcoin goes higher and higher.

Bitcoin is good as an investment, but when it comes to spending or purchasing, then cash it the best as it can be used anywhere and same is not the case with bitcoin yet.

well to be honest you can also use bitcoins for buying regular things too as there are a lot of online shopping websites that accept the bitcoin or you can use services that allows you to buy from ebay with bitcoins

i prefer my money to be in bitcoins mostly as it allows me to make some good money in a longer run when waiting for a big price increases, i also like to spend my money in bitcoins

Spending bitcoin is fun, but right now I am saving it for future, as I am sure price will rise in future and  that time it will be more worth to spend, so at a moment I am using cash for shopping.

It depends really on what I want to buy or do. If I want to invest bitcoin is soem what better for buying stuff in physical store I would require cash. While if I'm buying soem digital goods I would prefer buying it with bitcoin than paypal or CC.

Bitcoin is good for online shopping, and cash will take care of us to buy anything physically, its good to use both of them according to our convenience.

I guess this is the correct answer here. As you never want to go all in with your investments, splitting your money is the smartest thing you can potentially do.
Another argument is: you can't use bitcoin for everything, you still need FIAT to convey most of your operations.

I prefer bitcoin, but since almost no one accept bitcoin so i have to use fiat.
To be honest, i need both of them so i can't prefer any of them.

Even I am also preferring both bitcoin and holding cash. But I'm not going 50% each. I am investing into bitcoin more and keeping very less amount of cash. In future I believe I can reduce the amount of cash I will be holding based on bitcoin growth and adaptability in my country.

cash because i need it to spend day to day and pay for things that i need in my life and there are no other ways to do it except with cash.

bitcoin is becasue it is a good investment apart from an easy way of spending money.

Spending bitcoin is not easy for me as I don't find any shop where I can use it, so holding cash is better option for me as I can spend it anywhere.

In our country, there's an app already that adopted bitcoins as a form of payment for your bills such as water bills, electricity, internet, or even your mobile subscription. This kind of stuff will probably come to yours as well. Give it time. You'll someday be switching from paying with risky cash-at-hand to walking downtown safe and cashless.

You are considering only the purpose of spending alone. But when you come to consider about investment and growing of wealth then you will realize the power of bitcoin holding. I suggest to go for both but bitcoin in more percentage for an assured better future.

I m here, it is prove that i always refer bitcoin better than fiat currency, if you save your money in your pocket, than it is useless but if you invest your money in Bitcoin than i will give you profit, and most of the other ways are profitable from bitcoins, when you use it than you realize it is 100% better than cash money.   

Yes holding cash is highly meaningless when we are comparing to the growth of bitcoin's value appreciations. I am also preferring to convert my bitcoin for investment as well as for spending. In future I will get my salary in bitcoin.

Your preference is going to be everyone's future wish. Now itself I will convert all my effort into bitcoin if I am able to find shops for my daily needs. Literally I'm getting forced to have cash as I have very less options for spending with bitcoins.

Seems that you have lots of money  Well I find it great. It's a pretty good idea to have one or more options. I'm looking into it as an investment. So if there will be any problem with one, you have other options. I will also prefer it that way

both of them is very usefully for me, well it has different usefulness if you prefer money in cash you can buy anything on your place or environments, but if your money to be in bitcoin you can buy anything in online store or grow your bitcoin and make some profit with this.

For me i really prefer hot cash in my hand because i can use it anytime whenever i need something to buy and i can really sure that my money is in my hands but if in investing terms ids really good to be in bitcoin for because we can use it and earn more money if we keep still earning by it knowing bitcoin had many oppurtunity where yoh can earn,  thats why id rather choose both for them.

right now that i can see the price has risen more than $50 in a couple of days i wish all my money was in bitcoin! but generally i like having bitcoin both as an investment and also a good way to spend money fast and free.

most of the users here are bitcoin believers and prefer to have bitcoin instead of cash. of course we are all forced to also have cash but it is the question of preferring which one.
